We did the morning catamaran snorkeling. It was a beautiful day. they took us out to 2 different locations to snorkel. The first stop we got to see sea turtles and fish and our second stop was in deeper water to see the sunken ship. We had delicious fruit kabobs and sliders along with great drinks. Out crew was amazing! I would highly recommend this adventure!

Manuel and Joey were outstanding. My husband and I are retired and felt safe and comfortable with them. We had a great time. I didn't want the fun to end. They pointed us in the right direction to see the turtles and ship wreck. They checked on us at all times while in the water.

A fun few hours snorkeling 2 sites. Crew was friendly. Drinks and snacks provided. Had some nice discussion with crew member Benjamin about local culture and recommendations for things to do.

The tour itself was ok but cost extra as had to pay for a taxi to get back. After waiting 45 minutes for a transfer that did not show. No apology or refund received all what’s app messages were answered with a standard reply

Amazing time snorkeling - we saw so many turtles and a stingray! Rope swing was fun as well. Even though the tour wasn't fully booked, they did not cancel it, which led to a more peaceful tour. Smooth communication for hotel pickup/dropoff as well!

Very relaxing and fun! Great chill, vibe which is exactly what we were looking for. Only nine people out of the 25 capacity. We had plenty of room to spread out on the boat. The snorkeling experiences were exactly as advertised which doesn’t always happen with a lot of trips we have done. We saw great turtles and then saw a very cool shipwreck filled with lots of colorful fish. Nice friendly crew. highly recommend.

The crew gave us plenty of personal attention. They were thorough about providing equipment that was specific to our needs. The crew were diligent about keeping an eye on everyone in the water to ensure safety . We enjoyed the description of how the WWII ship wreckage occurred. Numerous times we were offered beverages & food(fruit, smash burgers). The crew was familiar with who resided in homes along the coast as well as landmarks like the lighthouse. Great experience!

Best kept secret snorkelling in Aruba

Excellent snorkelling with our captain Yoidel and first mate Mussa. The first stop was to see Turtles. (We didn’t see any) The second stop was around a shipwreck that had tons of gorgeous fish and we saw our turtle 😃. We had excellent attention paid to us with drinks and snacks. We were lucky as my husband and I were the only clients. All other passing ships were clogged full of people. Maybe Viator needs to advertise better. Only complaint is that there was no one to pick us up to take us back to our hotel as promised

Just your average catamaran snorkel tour for Aruba. For first timers, an ok adventure. For repeat visitors, nothing great. Snacks and drinks weren't spectacular.

Good excursion BAD transportation

Our group was NOT dropped off at our ship as promised. One reason we choice this excursion is that we have people in our group with disabilities and can't easily walk far. Our return driver was not a Banana employee and didn't have the proper credentials to enter the gate where our ship was locked. We were dropped off two entrances away and had no choice but to walk. Not happy as the description of the excursion was not accurate.

Boat and provided equipment was pretty basic. The staff were not very helpful- they showed no empathy to difficult situations. For eg, we mentioned in our reservation that we’re vegetarian, they had no lunch option for us, didn’t communicate clearly when we asked and had to ask twice when the support person just handed us a fruit skewer box that was offered as a snack earlier. No sorry for not getting us any food. Likewise they didn’t have suitable equipment for my kids - we’ve been on other snorkeling tours in other such holiday spots and they always had kid sized fins, goggles/snorkel or even life jackets.. the life jacket the gave was uncomfortably big, snorkel tube too big for the smallest kids mouth and lastly lack of fins made it hard for them to swim in the waves. No kindness showed by the staff, no compassion and they just gave whatever was available and just flat no to fins. The spots they picked were okay, lots of crowd

The experience was fine on the boat. Not being picked up by my return shuttle was a nightmare. Couldn't get anyone from the shuttle service to answer the phone.

Much of the snorkeling offered could be done from entering at the shore if u had a car to get there. Didn’t see any turtles which we saw earlier in the week when we drove there. The ship wreck was neat.

Amazing experience! Joidel was a friendly, helpful captain. We had plenty of time in the water and he helped us see sea turtles! The boat was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Beautiful trip, would definitely recommend!

Really enjoyed swimming with the turtles was very relaxing. The wind was heavy and the wreak I could take or leave, but think if the water was not so ruff, it would of been OK. I would recommend and would repeat, nice people.

The stops were great! And the gear was good! The staff was okay. Not overly friendly like the rest of the people we encountered on the island. They only spoke to give us directions really. Nobody got in the water with us. They all stayed on the boat. Drinks were ok. When we return, I will try a different company.
