The driver was friendly but didn't help to carry my luggages but she has waited for me to see if I am at the correct address.The instruction to find the driver at the airport were not very clear as well.

Our flight arrive about thirty minutes late, however Daniel, was waiting for us at the airport and just need an exit number to come Pick us up! He was very personable and chatted with us as we drive to downtown Anchorage to the hotel. I would say it was a “no worries” pick up and delivery!!

I had some instances in the past that the transport driver left us or did not show and youarent able to call them and it was fully paid. Nice job Daniel..

Driver was very communicative and was exactly where he said he would be, even though my flight arrived after midnight. He was kind enough to hang around the locked hotel until he was sure that I was inside.
