We were sent a meeting place, and evidently it was changed, but we were not notified. Luckily, we left early and we were able to backtrack and catch the bus. Also, we were not told that the audio would be from an app from our phone and we did not have Earbuds with us nor was there Wi-Fi available on the bus. The driver was excellent and because of the confusion with many people, he tried to give us a little narrative on the way home. The scenery was very pretty.

Well intended but poorly executed. As others have mentioned, no organized meeting, at least there was a sign with their name. Had to go find which bus. The audio app was ridiculous. At least I got it to work. Many on the bus didn't know or couldn't work it. There was no guide, just the bus driver. Would not recommend.

Great scenery and views, worth going to see. However the organisation was terrible, lots of other tours also at the same meeting place. No agent from the tour company came to get us, wandered around the buses trying to find the right one, which we did eventually but no one checking tickets before we got on. Downloaded the app but it was very hit and miss at picking up the info at the relevant points and most people, including us, just gave up in the end and instead enjoyed the scenery and the ride. Would suggest that a tour with an actual guide on board would be better.

A day before we were to take the excursion , the tour operator sent us and email that looked fake and asked us to download an app. No mention of this when We purchased the tickets. In this day of scams and hacker I don't download must especially in a hurry and away from home. Even if I had loaded the app. my phone does not have a port for earphones. again no mention of this when we purchased tickets. No commentary was available even though other buses had Guides. It was and Expensive 1.5 hr bus ride. we were very disappointed and would not recommend using this service again perhaps another operator would be better

Not sure why others had problems with pickup before. Company was very good and sent email beforehand to advise to wait at our pier when the ship docket outside town.
My only gripe is that they didn't enforce bus return time in our one main stop, and that the tour should be a bit longer and drove around the longway back to see more of the Atlantic road.

Very nice tour, exactly as advertised, enjoyed seeing the countryside and the coast road with time for photos and travel break, the trip up to the viewpoint was nice ( very steep, glad I wasn’t driving)! Guide was interesting.

We were disappointed with this tour. We received a notice the day before on where to meet the tour on the pier. When we left the ship the meeting point as described was not there. It turned out there was another ship in the town at different dock. We found out that the buses were at the the other dock and the buses would arrive latter. There was no Viatour agent at our dock keeping us updated . The buses did arrive a half an hour latter the our meeting time. When the buses arrived there was a lot of confusion as to which bus had the tour we wanted. There was no sign on the busses as which bus had our tour. Even the drivers were confused. There were people boarding buses not sure if it was the correct bus. The was no one collecting tickets or verifying if they were on the correct bus. We did find our way on the correct bus. The tour as described was an audio tour but there was no audio. The bus driver did his best to point out some areas he was familiar with. The problem was the driver was holding the microphone as he was driving. Not safe in my opinion. We did get see the described sites but the overall process was very disappointing. In all it was very disorganized and not the tour as described .

Tour wad ok, nice view of the bridges. Organization very poor. Confusion about meeting point between guide and organization. 30 minutes delay finding people, even returning to a pick up point as we forgot two persons.

It was a mess from the beginning. The driver didn't seem to know what's going on. Our 10:30 tour didn't get started until close to 11:00. Per driver, due to miscommunication, there will be no tour guide so he had to be driver and tour guide.He tried his best but it felt like we were cheated out of a professional tour guide that we paid for.

It was chaos. The driver nor the agent in the dock does not know what excursions goes to what bus. The buses were not marked so people do not know which bus to take. There was no guide so the driver tried his best to narrate. Will not recommend this company

Unfortunately there were 2 ships in port & it was not clear where the pickup was. The main pickup which was the information given to us was near the pier of the other ship, so we had to walk to the pickup which was 25 minute walk.
We should have been notified beforehand to tell us that the bus would also pickup from our pier.
A representative should have been available. The souvenir shop staff were too busy to help us.
The driver/guide gave very little information about Norway & very little information.
