Spectacular! The family can’t stop talking about how much they loved it. I just kept thinking, “they’ll remember this for the rest of their lives!” Great pilot, lots of information, and even got in the glacier landing since the weather cleared. Highly recommend!

Set as a copilot or the first row for the best views other rows are great too, but might be blocked by part of the plane. Liam, our pilot took the best photos on the glacier.

We were welcomed by staff and greeted us friendly and professional. Luke was our pilot he was knowledgeable and friendly. He even offered to take pictures for us all as we excitedly explored the glacier.

This is a trip highlight! Must do! We loved the beauty of the mountains. We seemed so close to them but always at a safe distance. The glacier landing was so smooth and we loved playing in the snow.

A really once in a lifetime activity. Our flights out and back were so beautiful. Pilot had a lot of great narration and information about the mountains and glaciers. Nothing like landing on a snowy glacier in the shadow of Denali!

The landing was amazing to me since I never had a flight seeing and a glacier landing before. If the trip could be 2h long instead of 1.5h long, I may stay on the fantastic snow for 45min instead of 15min, which would be perfect!

Firstly, 10/10, would recommend! This was the experience of a lifetime. The views were stunning, even though the forecast was for rain and clouds. Our pilot, Clay, gave us an extremely smooth but dynamic and exciting ride through the mountain passes.
You should be aware that you may not be able to make a glacier landing given certain conditions, but it was so incredible without landing, and we have no regrets!

Wow!!! What a spectacular, mind blowing and memorable experience for the whole family. The glaciers are growing and flowing at Denali. Seeing the “amphitheater” and understanding the geology forming the 30+ mile Ruth glacier was unreal. Takeetna air taxi is top notch. Grateful for this experience.

I don't have a vocabulary to describe the scenery of this trip. It would be hard to find its equal anywhere on this planet. This is an opportunity I'll be forever grateful we didn't pass up.
Our pilot was, literally, world-class (we looked up her bio when we got home) and Talkeetna Air Taxi's operation is thoroughly professional.

Hi Don!
Sounds like you were one of the unlucky ones who caught this bad stretch of weather we are still having! We have some days that we know we won't be able to fly, and others that we hold out hope that we can offer some sort of scenic tour. Sometimes, due to this hopeful nature, we cancel flights within an hour of flight time.
We try to communicate with everyone as soon as we know about cancellations, but oftentimes people will be checking in when we get the word that the round of flights has been called off. Hopefully your dissatisfaction was with the weather and not with our service.

This was a special experience to have with my family. The staff was super helpful and nice. The amazing view of Denali Mountain range took our breath away. We all left our hearts on the glacier.
