- Not wheelchair accessible
- The Popeye isn't conventionally wheelchair accessible BUT if patrons are prepared for 6 steps up, over and into the boat with handrails it is possible. The Skipper will lend assistance. This may be difficult for those with walking disabilities or using a wheelchair
- Seats are assigned as general admission with a capactiy of 48 passangers per boat. Avaliablity will not be known in advance of the cruise time. Popeye operates on a 'first come first served basis'.

- Subject to favourable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given the option of an alternative date or time

A small boat river trip on one of the Poppeye craft. Really informative skipper, lots of local knowledge and humour. Drinks and snacks available on board to purchase. Thoroughly recommended.

A very pleasant way to view Adelaide from the river! The crew of the boat was fantastic, and we got great information along the way about the history, flora, and fauna of Adelaide. The boat was very comfortable, and though we didn't partake of them they had snacks and drinks for sale which I thought was a nice touch. We were looking for a relaxed way to introduce ourselves to the city, and we found it. Highly recommended!

It was OK but nothing really exciting... very few nice stuff to see... same for the story telling with ongoing "jokes" and all... I was very much stressed because the guide was looking at us while talking and not driving the boat "straight forward"...

A cute little trip up the river talking about all the local landmarks. Captain and host were lovely. My highlight was seeing the little ducklings and their mothers along the way. The only minus is taking people back to the original dock to drop them off halfway through the cruise, so you go back to the beginning again. Either way, I highly recommend and the value is definitely worth the money.

Interesting tour but no toilets on the boat.
Importantly, no toilets near the boat either.
So if you have travelled for a long time to get to the boat, and you have a full bladder, you have a choice:
1. look for a toilet and miss a boat
2. pee in front of dozens of people on the lawn and potentially be arrested or fined

Thank you for sharing your feedback. Our booking information does note that there are no toilets on board the vessel. The Adelaide City Council is responsible for the public facilities in the surrounding area, so your feedback to them regarding toilet availability nearby would be appreciated.
