Great tour with knowledgable guide. Lovely tasting experiences of various foods and drinkssuch as yoghurt, ham, doughnuts, cheese and iced coffee.

It is definitely a MUST DO when you come to Adelaide.
If you plan to stay in adelaide do this tour FIRST!!! and get you wine cheeses, dips and everything you will need for your stay in regards to nibbles in 1 place.

Fabulous exploration of Adelaide's big foodie culture and the melting pot that brings it all together.... the Central Market. Knowledgeable guide clearly passionate about food and the market. Highly recommended. Perhaps plan to stick around for lunch afterwards. So many great choices.

This tour not only provides information and great sampling, but you will learn about the immigrant history of Adelaide. Without our excellent guide, we would have just drifted through the market without focus or content. Adelaide Central Market is probably one of the best quality and largest in the world.

We loved this! We could have just walked through the market on our own. But we would have missed out on all the tasty samples, as well as our guide Stephanie’s stories and local insights. We stayed after and went back the same night for another meal and to buy more goodies.

Our guide, Broni, gave good introduction of each stall we visited. Tried food that we won't have tried had we gone on our own. After the tour, we went back to a few of the stalls for more! I would return to Adelaide just for the market!

The overall tour was excellent. We found the history of the market itself and specific store holder's story's very interesting. We nibbled our way through the specially picked out stores and were sated at the end of the tour - enjoying a coffee with Broni the tour guide finished the tour off nicely.

The Adelaide Central Market is a must to visit for anyone visiting the City. It's clean and well laid out and there's lots of different types of food and drink to see, try and buy if you like. You don't need to do a tour to wander round the market but the tour guide does provide some interesting background to some of the stallholders and their wares and arrange some tastings and discounts.
