Broad cross section of area short drive from Adelaide Hahndorf is lovely German historic area we spent quite a bit of time so everyone had chance to do what suited them. Then we had wine areas and delicious lunch Van was comfortable 8 people in group driver was excellent Informative and friendly Great day out that would recommend to friends

Tour is great, but the strawberry picking and chocolate store are not worth the stops. The stop in Handorf and the wineries is great.

It’s a good mix of nice tourist towns especially Hahndorf and some wine tasting but not too much.
Simm our driver was very accomodating and knowledgeable about the area. Would recommend this tour as it also includes a nice light lunch.

Vendor did not state new meeting time until after payment. Moved the time forward 1:15 hours. Did not get message until day of arrival. Advertised time was 9 AM. Arrived at 7:45. Denied refund.

We take our customer service very seriously and work tirelessly to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience. To ensure total clarity regarding our logistics, our product listing explicitly states: "Our standard departure is from Stamford Plaza, North Terrace between 8:40–8:45 am. Pick-up and drop-off are included from Adelaide CBD hotels, Glenelg Beach hotels, and Outer Harbor (cruise passengers only). If you’re staying outside these areas, we can either: Arrange a pick-up/drop-off at an additional cost, or Recommend the nearest convenient meeting point. Your exact pick-up time will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp the day before the tour. Please rely on this message over any automated emails. Cruise passengers: Please contact us with your ship’s arrival and departure times so we can coordinate your pick-up." In accordance with this, we reached out via the Viator platform at 3:40 pm the day prior after being unable to reach the provided international number. On the morning of the tour, we successfully coordinated pick-ups for over 30 guests from the cruise ship at two different timings across three separate vehicles; during this window, three of our guides actively searched the terminal for you. When you replied on the Viator messenger at 9:02 am, we informed that the buses has left because you weren't present at the terminal. We specifically inquired if there was an alternative number with active WhatsApp or iMessage capabilities; it was only at this point that a secondary phone number was provided which had not been listed in the original booking details. We suggested a taxi to meet the group at our first stop in Hahndorf to salvage the day, but this was declined. We cannot provide a refund for a missed departure when all protocols were followed and multiple staff members were on-site to assist. We have full documentation of our outreach and are disappointed that this situation resulted in a negative review despite our exhaustive efforts to connect.

Trip from Adelaide to Handorf (we got about an hour and a bit to wander around - more time would have been better), we stopped at a few places along the way - chocolate, cheese, wine tasting, Maggie Beer shop. Lunch was standard pub fare - wouldn't call it 'gourmet'. Bus trip was pleasant, guide was pleasant, trip was good.

Had a wonderful full day tour with our lovely Guide and driver Hollie! Visited the pretty German iinfluenced town of Handorf in the Adelaide Hills and on to the Barossa Valley with lunch and two wine tasting included and a stop at Maggie Beers farm. Very enjoyable day and great value!

A lovely one day tour led by our passionate guide Harmit. We have experienced lots of different activities and enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Hahndorf and Barossa. It is a great choice to start the journey in Adelaide.

This was a great day out. The pace was leisurely so there was time to enjoy everything. The two wineries visited were a contrast to each other and Hahndorf the town was very picturesque with lots of cafes and interesting shops. Jerry, our driver and tour guide did an outstanding job of looking after us.

Small group experience, very fun, enjoyed both our guide and the other travelers. Keis was AMAZING -- wish all the vineyards were like that one. Don't need the amount of time in the little German city -- that was a waste of time, add another vineyard to the tour. Thank you.

The bus driver and tour guide were lovely. But felt the tour didn't really live up to expectations. The advertisement stated , wine. Beer ,treats etc. No beer although you could buy a beer where we had lunch, which was really good. This was also where our 1st wine tasting was. We were expecting 3 wineries as stated on our itinerary. But didn't happen. The 2 we went to were very nice though. Bus was nice and cool as it was extremely hot that day. Water was offered often.

The mention of beer and treats refers to the regions we visit, particularly Hahndorf, which is well known for German beers and local specialties. These are available for guests to enjoy at their own choice, and our guides provide recommendations, however they are not advertised or included as complimentary items.

Loved the whole experience. Amanda, our tour guide was awesome. She was patient and gave us enough time to explore each place. The 2 wineries chosen were completely diverse and loved the activity. We had a sumptuous lunch as well. Overall you definitely will get your money worth.

We visited two interesting winery's both offering excellent produce. Hahndorf is full of boutique shops, a real treat from the usual chains that dominate our high streets, it does get very busy, we went on a Sunday arriving just after 10, it was filling up rapidly when we left at 11:30.
