Great Customer Service

Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip day of because I was pickpocketed in Spain. I could not contact the agency until after the class had occurred but they were very understanding and even gave me a refund!!! Since I didn’t end up going, I can’t comment on the experience itself (but based on my interaction online I know I would have had an amazing time), but I can speak to the fact the people running this company are amazing people!!

A Friendly Walk through Old Town Valencia with friends, drink and food

For first time visitors, this tour is a great way to jump in and learn about Valencia. We had a small group of 7 tourists gather at 11am for an relaxing tour of the city's beautiful old town. Our guide was friendly and talked about the history and culture of the city as he showed us the market, cathedral and historical buildings. At the end we went to a restaurant's beautiful courtyard where we had various wines and delicious tapas focusing on drink and food local to Valencia. This gave us time to talk to the other tourists and learn more about them and their plans in the city. Our guide was very friendly and easy to hang out with and also gave recommendations, for things to do, see, and eat while in the city.

We can absolutely recommend the paella workshop with a prior visit to the local Ruzafa market. After the market visit, we prepared a seafood paella under expert guidance. All steps were shown and explained to us. In addition, we enjoyed a great selection of tapas beforehand, and sangria was also always available. We would definitely book with "My first Paella" again on our next visit to Valencia.

Great experience

We had such a wonderful time on our food tour (we chose the 6:30 p.m. tour) and learned so much from Anaïs! She had even shared her bio with us ahead of time, which was a lovely touch and helped us get to know our guide before the tour began. The pace was perfect, and all four tasting stops were fantastic, each offering something special. Toward the end of the tour, she shared recommendations for places to visit and eat. What really stood out was Anaïs’s kindness and thoughtfulness. She went above and beyond at the end of the tour to help us find our Uber pickup spot, which we truly appreciated. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide or a more enjoyable experience!

Cozy tour with an international group through various nice locations with delicious food!

The tapas tour was absolutely worth it. We (my husband and I) did the tour with an American couple, an English couple, and 3 girls from Germany. Our tour guide was Victor. A calm, friendly guy who explained the location and the appetizers we got in every restaurant, but who also chatted with everyone and made sure you felt like you were out for an evening with a group of friends. Because we were all at one big table every time, you had nice conversations with each other, The locations were very diverse and the food was high quality. So book this tour if in doubt. 1 tip. If possible, do it at the beginning of your visit to Valencia. You get nice tips from Victor that you will definitely benefit from during your stay in Valencia.

Interesting and exciting place

This trip was something quite special. We drove to the caves in a small bus and the group was therefore medium-sized. The guide was very knowledgeable and inspiring. At the caves we had time to look around, have a drink or eat and then we had a good time on a boat that took us on the strange underground river. Very beautiful and interesting.

After a small mishap (we had booked the tour with an Italian-speaking guide) but upon arriving there, we were told that there was only a tour in English; we asked to be able to do it at another time of the day as long as it was in Italian, and in the end, they rescheduled the tour for the afternoon of the same day with a truly exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable guide (Larissa)!!!

Great experience

What a great time. The owner of the business was a gem and made accommodation for me as I was only in Valencia for a short time. The cook and his helper were funny and welcoming. I learned a lot and the group had a great time and an interesting and tasty dinner. I will remember this experience a lot longer than any church or museum tour. Highly recommend!
