Alice, who gave our tour,...
Alice, who gave our tour, and Alexandra, who was our chef and instructor, were both absolutely wonderful! The setting, the food, the history, the hospitality were all exceptional! This was a wonderful way to learn about this history of Siena, as well as learn how to prepare a beautiful Tuscan feast. Highly recommend for those looking for a special way to immerse yourself in the unique Siena culture.

Pasta & Tiramisu class
This was such a fun experience! We made our own pasta and tiramisu. Our teacher was very knowledgeable and energetic. We loved this experience because we also got to meet new friends while taking this class. And the best part was eating everything we made!

Great Class, Excellent Instructor!
Great class and excellent instructor, Fabio! We so enjoyed this experience and are excited to try what we’ve learned back here at home. Would highly recommend to others while in Florence. We booked the morning class because it included a trip to the market to buy fresh produce and meat for the sauces. This was extra special because the market was a fascinating place to see and get tips from Fabio on selections of food.

Great day if cooking with my student
Visiting my college student who is studying abroad, this was a fun experience to do together. Trying to knead the dough and whisk the tiramisu cream brought a lot of laughs. The teacher and staff were very nice and helpful. Next one respect how much effort actually goes into making Italian food from scratch – incredible! Afterwards, we got to eat what we made and take our aprons home, which was fantastic! I would highly recommend this experience; it’s an entertaining bonding activity and you learn a lot.

Not seeing something you are looking for?

Ready to roll your own pasta and master nonna’s classic recipes, like pici with local pork ragu and tortelli filled with ricotta and fresh herbs? Tuscany cooking classes are hosted everywhere from major cities like Florence to quaint farmhouses in the countryside, so you can get in the kitchen for a hands-on experience no matter where you’ve planned your trip. While private courses are widely available, group lessons are popular for their free-flowing wine and the convivial meal shared at the end of class.
