Our 12-hour tour of the Scottish Highlands with Paul S was unforgettable. Paul's knowledge was extraordinary. Throughout the day, he shared a fascinating amount of information, but what stood out most was his deep understanding of Scottish history and culture. His storytelling brought the Highlands to life. The Scottish music he played during the journey was the perfect soundtrack to the stunning scenery and made the experience even more special. A truly outstanding guide who turned a great tour into an amazing one. Highly recommended.

Beautiful historical landmark introduced with energy and humor.

The tour guide really makes a difference here. We had Amelia on this dreary day. She was fantastic. Not only did we learn the history of the castle and its inhabitants, it was done with humor sprinkled in. Going on your own is ok, I just don't think it would have the same impact unless part of it was guided. Please note, the tour is on the exterior. Once completed, you are free to roam around inside the castle and its grounds. Please be prepared for crowds and multiple guided tours happening at the same time.

Very long day but worth...

Very long day but worth it if you are only in Edinburgh for a short time and want to experience a taste of the highlands. Beautiful locations and the cherry on top for me was seeing the Harry Potter train pass over the viaduct. Our driver and guide Mari was absolutely amazing.

Perfection!

Me and my mom visited Edinburgh for her birthday and we both really wanted to go to see the castle. We immediately loved our guide Max when he called our group “team handsome” and my mom said to me “yes! We got the good one!” Absolutely incredible tour and Max was amazing, funny and respectful to both us in the group and to the castle’s history. Definitely recommend!!

Amazing tour.

The whole tour is an amazing way to get to know all these beautiful places and sites around the highlands, glencoe and Lochness. The tour guide and bus driver Leon made the trip very comfortable by pointing us sites to lookout, history, and good music during the whole trip. At Lochness I recommend getting into the cruise to get to know better this amazing and mysterious place. Very much recommended.

Old town made alive

Our tour guide was Ricky and he was truly amazing. He has so much knowledge of the city, the sites, and the history, which really made the tour seem shorter than it was. He also kept us all engaged with questions and asking our thoughts. If we had time I would do another round if Ricky was the guide. He was that good.

Excellent service

Excellent driver/tour guide Paul. He is such a professional : able to introduce places while driving. We encountered an incident which was stuck in traffic for almost 4 hours. Paul tried his best to entertain all guests. Really lovely. Thumbs up for his driving and managed to get us all back before midnight..

Must do! Super entertaining and Informing
