Perfect Santorini

Our driver/tour guide Thanos was friendly and extremely informative. My elderly mother has mobility issues and he was so accommodating and helpful with her making sure she was included as much as possible. We really felt we had seen all the key points on the island in the time we had and learned so much about it's history and what it's like to live there now and through the centuries. The vehicle was comfortable and clean. The pick up and drop off were handled well and there was good clear communication. I would definitely recommend this tour if like us you are on a cruise shore excursion and have limited time, or for anyone really. Thank you Thanos for making our time so enjoyable.

Magnificent Scenery

We went on a large bus tour from Athens leaving at 8 am and didn’t return until 10 pm. It was a very long day and very strenuous, but we spent so much time in the bus traveling that we were able to rest a lot. Seeing these monasteries on the top of such a gigantic rocks was the highlight of our trip. It was a really fantastic experience because the views are stunning.

Possibly the best way to experience the Acropolis

Simply because of the nature of the Acropolis, there is a lot of walking and up / down stairs and steps. The guide cleverly managed the phases of the experience to allow plenty of time for resting while relating background and stories as well as making opportunities to look around and take photos - but the walking still needs to be done. You don't need to be a marathon runner or a mountain goat, just reasonably mobile; the Acropolis is not a gentle wander through a garden. However, it's the only way to properly view and appreciate the Acropolis area and the monuments / buildings.

Our first time in Athens...

Our first time in Athens and the Acropolis and the Acropolis Museum was better than we could have imagined! Marina was our tour guide, she was knowledgeable and engaging. She made sure the group was safe and enjoying the experience on the climb to the top. Don't miss the museum! You walk over ancient city ruins and can look down into it, both at the entrance and once inside the museum. Amazing!

An amazing day in Santorini!

We had the most amazing time! Our tour guide, Luigi, was super informative and friendly. Being a lifetime local he knew everything about the island, how to navigate so that we could see everything that we wanted to see and even took us to a local restaurant that he frequents. Our gyros were delicious and the place was nice and not touristy. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Luigi. Book this excursion…..you won’t be disappointed.

Great tour!!!

Great tour and great information passed along. I had seen the Acropolis by myself previously, but my bride had not and opted for a guided tour. The tour was perfect for what we wanted. It wasn't super deep into history, but got great insight into what the Acropolis has to offer. Tour was professional and efficient. Well worth the money, and I'd do it again!

Lovely view, but a long drive.

The excursion was run nicely. The pick up at our hotel was on time. If you are booking from Athens, be prepared for a one hour ride to and from the Poseidon Temple. It costs an additional $20 to enter the temple, and the climb is minimal. There is also a nice eating area and bathrooms at the base (bring toilet paper). We did not stop to swim at the water area, possibly because of the cooler temp. We were only able to take pictures from above. It was nice being away from the crowds of the city and the sunset was lovely, but it was a long way to travel for ruins much smaller than the Acropolis. Traffic makes the ride back to Athens a bit longer.

Best day in Athens with Tolis!

What an awesome day in Athens spent with Tolis! We had one day to see all that we could and he absolutely delivered including one of the best gyros we’ve ever had! Fun day trip from Athens on luxury yacht with friendly staff!

My friends and I had a wonderful time! The yacht, Omega, is modern, spacious, and clean. The whole crew was friendly and fun. The bartender kept the wine and beer flowing. The light breakfast was okay, but the Greek lunch buffet was amazing! Everything was so delicious! Bring/wear swimwear and bring a towel. Also bring a jacket as cruising could be windy and slightly chilly. Overall it was a nice day trip from Athens!
