Ali G. was our guide and he was fantastic! Shared a lot about the history of the land, geology, plenty of time at each of the spots. He was funny, helpful, kind and led an excellent tour for us. I was solo and was a great group to spend the day with. The lunch in Avanos is very nice too. Super fun day and easy way to see a lot of the sites!

Incredible experience to do! very well organized, hotel pickup, breakfast upon arrival, calling of the groups in each minibus that take you to the balloons, very professional pilot, who explains the flight, very kind and friendly having a word for everyone, thank you IZZET ERSOY! upon landing champagne and cake await you, a rose for the ladies, a diploma and a medal 👍 everything is thought out in detail with great kindness. everything is extremely well run. I recommend it 100%. Plan for warm clothing in layers to remove as you go. At 5 a.m. it is cold.

Nice excursion with a great view and wonderful emotions

The tour lasted a total of two and a half hours, of which about 1 hour was flight time. We were picked up directly at the hotel around 5:30 AM by a small shuttle and taken to a large airfield about 10 minutes away from the town of Göreme. With a group of about 20 people, we then flew in a hot air balloon for about 1 hour. The pilot was very funny and informative. At the end, we were able to purchase a 360° video and received some sparkling wine. In addition, a small breakfast was brought for us; all in all, highly recommended. The price is more than justified.

Great tour, fantastic guide

This is an amazing tour. We booked a private tour because for various health reasons I'm a little slower so it's not easy for me to keep up with a group. We had "Ilo" as a tour guide and Ahmed as our driver. They were both extremely patient and accommodating, allowing us to pick and choose where we wanted to go. We chose the tour that did not include the entrance tickets so we could pick what we wanted to buy tickets for. Ilo is very knowledgeable, kind and patient, willing to work with us at our pace. We had a fantastic time and got to see everything we wanted.

Such a great experience. Punctual pick up, great guide and a great crew. So skilled, our pilot was able to land directly on the trailer. Not for the faint of heart.
