Irem was very knowledgeable, friendly and entertaining. We spent a lovely day learning about Cappadocia and its history going back to the Hittites. The pottery in Avanos is amazing. The scenery is gorgeous along the way and we highly recommend taking this tour.

Enjoyed the red trip very much. Had the same guide Mitat on both green and red tours so that was good! A lot to see. The tuff formations are so varied and amazing; so are the churches in the open air museum. My only suggestion is to give us a bit more time at the last stop- the love valley cuz it’s really serene and would have enjoyed sitting there quietly, taking in the majestic view for a bit longer at the end of the trip.

Very interesting tour. Good to get inside knowledge from guide about geographical structures. Enjoyed the outdoor museum. Lunch good.

Our guide, Oggy, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great tour operator and our guide was fantastic. He did a great job explaining the places we visited and also gave us some time to explore alone. The included lunch restaurant was just ok. I would definitely recommend this tour again.

Great experience and would highly recommend! Our guide Mr. G was so informative and had great energy. Value for money was excellent as well.

Driver and tourist guide are very professional, we enjoyed our day. We would recommend this travel agent to others.

Dress warmly as it can be chilly. Bring a light jacket in May and comfy walking shoes.
Orgi was very friendly and attentive. More time would be great for imagination valley. 20-25 min instead of 10.

If you have to pick between green and red, pick green. That being said, this was still a fun, engaging day with panoramic views, lots of history and a great guide. This is quite an active day relative to green.

This is an absolute must do tour for anyone visiting the Cappadocia region. Oze ‘Oggy’, our tour guide was fun, and extremely knowledgeable! All the sights on this tour are so unique, and remarkable. The lunch provided in Avanos was delectable!

Ali our tour guide was great. We were on a private tour and he allowed us to adjust it based upon our interest. Cappadocia is very beautiful and well worth the visit. Our balloon tour the next day was cancelled due to weather.

Have full breakfast before tour as lunch may not be until 2 pm, since more activities are before lunch

Comprehensive tour of main parts of Cappadocia. Red tour is a must in this area. Our guide, Uguz, was excellent.
Covered all the main points without feeling rushed or too long.

Ali G is a knowledgeable guide and great guide. Trip was well planned and entertaining, we opted to book the green tour with Ali the following day.

Oz/Orgi was an excellent tour guide!! If you need someone to get through succinctly the red tour, he would be a great choice

Wonderful guide who was fun, funny, knowledgeable accommodating, and well suited to his job. A great way to see a lot of the area with context and historical background & have time to explore on ones own.

I had a great time! Göreme Open Air Museum
was such a treat. I would have much rather skipped the pottery stop (didn't really fit the theme of the tour) but compared to most tours I've been on, they're not as aggressive about buying so it's slightly less uncomfortable.

We had an amazing experience on the Cappadocia Red Tour, thanks to our guide Ali G. His great sense of humor, humble personality, and deep knowledge of the region made the entire day unforgettable. Ali kept the group engaged, explained the history in a fun and clear way, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. The itinerary was well-planned, the sights were stunning, and Ali’s warm approach truly elevated the experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Cappadocia!

Did the green tour, loved it so much that also booked the red tour. Ogiz was the best tour guide and luckily I had him twice as a guide.

The tour was great! All the stops were very scenic and beautiful. Our guide was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of the region. The lunch included was good too. All in all, a great tour for Cappadocia!

The Red Tour was very interesting and our guide, Oguz, was really great. He worked really hard the entire time, explaining the history of everything and always asking if anyone had questions. You should hope you get Oguz. And our driver, Sefer, was also great and had waters for us all the time.
JamesW_S, Oct 2025
Gozo was a excellent guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, encouraged and answered questions, gave us plenty of time to view everything plus he was entertaining.
Our group size of 6 was just the right size. The Uchisar Castle, Goreme Museum, Love Valley, Fairy Chimneys & Love Valley were interesting & fun to see.
MATTHEW_B, Oct 2025
We were very lucky to have Oguz as our tour for both the red and green tours. He was very patient funny and knowledgeable. Really made us have a good experience.

Ali G. was fantastic! He was informative, engaged and very funny. He really connected with us and we learned a lot from him. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the history and religion as well as the geography of the area. We would highly recommend him to everyone.
akash_k, Sep 2025
The experience was good, guide was knowledgeable but pricewise it was almost double than what we would otherwise pay. They charged us almost 75 Euro per person whereas the market price if you book locally was just 40 Euro per person.
Response from Host, Sep 2025
First of all, the tour is 70 euro, it is not 75 euro. The cost of this tour, including food and tickets, is over 40 euros. The real scammers are the travel agencies who take your 40 euros and drag you from shop to shop, don't show you the most important part of the tour, which is the Göreme open-air museum, transport you in old-model cars and with a crowded group of people, and think they're providing you with guiding services via inexperienced guides. You really should have added to your review that you took your tour in a brand new Mercedes Vito with a total of 4 people and with a very professional guide. But I'll write it for those who want to read: the museum entrance tickets alone for this tour cost 32 euros. Now, if anyone reads the review and still wants to take the 40-euro tour, I think they should ask themselves the question: "How are they selling this tour for 40 euros, or what are they actually giving us?"
judith_o, Sep 2025
Great guide with lots of knowledge and history to share with us all. Beautiful sights rock formations. Moderate activity. Great lunch
