It's a nice experience

Amigo tour organized well, and the text/whatsapp communications are good, too. Beta was a knowledgeable yet funny guide, made it a great trip. As many other people mention, the only thing that could be a bit disappointed was the advertising for ChiChikan Mayan 's jade, and it was too long when everyone was in extreme heat and hungry. Cenote is highly recommend especially for family with teens. However I would not recommend for family with young children, as the drive was long, and they would not have fun walking in the heat for a long day. Overall We like this tour.

Emmanuel was an incredible tour guide. Our driver and photographer were top notch. Our crew of ten did a private tour and it was 100 percent worth it. We had a very customized and memorable experience, and Emmanuel even worked closely with the younger members of our crew to make sure they were comfortable the entire time.

Be prepared for heat. Guide shared tons of information

It’s a long day, and if you come during their summer be prepared for the 42°C heat. Bring or rent an umbrella ($7usd to rent or buy a smaller version for $100 pesos, lots of people selling by the entrance), water and electrolytes, comfortable shoes for the walk and energy to endure the tour while the heat is scorching you from the ground up. It is indeed an incredible place to visit , the magnitude of the place for its time is incredible. The guide (Alfredo) explained and taught us a lot - he also walked around the place with us (which I heard some guides don’t do). We then had 40min of free time , which both me and my child preferred to go back to the bus and the AC. Be prepared to walk by lots and lots of people trying to sell their souvenirs and arts, cash is king and you should always negotiate. If you don’t want to buy anything, just keep going, say no thanks and move forward. The 1st stop of the tour was a local place where they try to sell you everything (the “selling” starts already in the bus for the Mayan birth certificate). I think it’s great to be able to buy from local communities but they I didn’t like the pressure- there is one vendor following each adult and trying to make you buy if you stop for 2 seconds looking at an item. I left the store without buying anything just because of how it made me feel. Yet, many people from our group were buying so the system works for them. The 3rd stop is the cenote, which is inside a lovely place , it’s clean, very organized and the food was ok. You have to pay for the rental of the mandatory life jacket (80pesos) and a locker (optional). We had about 2h in the place including lunch (which was enough for us). The final destination is a colonial style town and only 30min, which felt not enough. The city has a very old church which was closed, and we did the tequila tasting near it. There are souvenirs stores , coffee shops and ice cream shops- but we didn’t have time for more than one thing ( I did the tequila tasting and didn’t have time to go get an ice cream) . Honestly it’s fine, it had already been a long day. The tour included cold water bottles which was great . The bus is very comfortable and our driver was great too, I think his name was Tiberius.

Our tour guide was great! Come with your swim suit already on, the first activity we did was snorkeling. Be mindful, on our boat we did not have life jackets only life safety belts that keep your waist afloat. Overall a great experience with a great music selection and great staff!

BOOK THE YACHT!!! I traveled with a group of 14 family and friends for my 45th birthday celebration! Communication was EXCELLENT despite my one million questions. The boat was beautiful both inside and out, clean and spacious. Our crew was very attentive and friendly! We booked add ons to include roundtrip transportation, food, decor and drone. Great Tour!

Fernando and crew were great! The pickup was smooth and the wait for our boat wasn’t too long. Onboard, the crew made sure we had drinks and as non-alcohol drinkers we had great options. For snorkeling we chose to not do it because it looked pretty tough but if you’re a good swimmer, then I think you should be good (tired but good). On the island, the lunch was delicious and then we chose to rent out the golf cart to go around the island with a few members from the crew for a nice scenic tour. When we came back, we still had a bit of free time so we enjoyed a bit of the beach and then back onboard. Overall this was a nice tour that I would definitely recommend!

Awesome zip lines and ATVs!

This was an awesome experience! It was the perfect level for beginner to intermediate levels of daredevil. It is well organized. Quick responses were provided whenever we reached out with questions before we adventured with them. They have a cute gift shop when you arrive where they will try to sell face coverings, water shoes, etc., as well as other items. We didn’t find them pushy or anything when we said no. They kept things moving from one activity to another, so it felt very efficient with their time (no real waiting around). Our guide, Danny Flow, was personable and friendly. We had a fantastic time overall. I would absolutely recommend this!

Family friendly fun!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional from start to finish. They were especially wonderful with our 4-year-old daughter during the ziplining. She was nervous at first, but thanks to their encouragement, kindness, and patience, she ended up loving it! We also had our 6-year-old son and our 11-year-old with us, and the staff was absolutely amazing with all three of our children. They made everyone feel comfortable, safe, and included throughout the entire experience. The food was delicious and authentic, and they made sure we had plenty of time to rest, cool off, and stay hydrated. We never felt rushed and appreciated how organized everything was. This was easily a 10-star experience in our book. We made unforgettable family memories and will absolutely be back the next time we’re in Cancun. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so special!

Utterly unique, truly incredible!

Breathtakingly beautiful eco-park. Part exotic animal zoo (with some free to roam among the people!), part oceanfront water park, part history/culture museum, part cultural show. And every part was masterfully done. At every turn I was in wonder how they could design and build such a massive yet exquisitely detailed park. The underground river is a must. Watching the flamingo parade, a must. The evening show, a must. (Get the idea?) I'd recommend paying up for the "Plus" package, which includes one buffet + lockers (there is a separate, extremely convenient locker section just for the Plus ticket holders).

This place is epic I went with my best friend of a night and it’s filled with adrenaline activities The slides are great, zip lining at night trough fore was so cool The zip line swing is amazing but my favourite was the 4x4 full speed in and out off mid and puddles so worth a visit I would go back to Mexico just for this activity

Great Way to Sample Various Activities

This was a great sampling of activities. The ziplines were fun. The cenote was incredible. The ATV and horseback riding were fun but short. Tequila tasting was fun and informative, and lunch was small but tasty. Everyone was very nice and helpful. They took great photos and we bought them for a reasonable price.

Amazing day at Xplor

Absolutely loved all of the attractions, we started off with the most calm (rafts, swimming) and worked our way up to the zip lines and the water slide. The adrenaline rush from the zip lines was amazing and the water slide is nowhere near as scary as it might look, we had so much fun. We loved how long we got to spend on each activity, especially the driving. The food was great with a lot of choice, we didn’t eat until 3pm and everything was still warm/fresh. Everything was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. You need sturdy water shoes, mainly for the underground expedition as flimsy ones do not protect your feet enough. Be prepared to get lots of steps in walking around. The slide had a 1hr queue at the end of the day so try to prioritise activities when they show as “green”.
