A MUST expereince day trip from Mexico City

One of the best day trips I've ever had in my life. The tour guide was amazing, the hot springs, the cave, and the river were all amazing and incredibly worth it. Breakfast at the restaurant was great too :) All in all it was a 10/10 experience and I'm so glad I booked it.

Everyone from Carlos the driver, Jessica the tour guide, to Alejandro the pilot were super friendly and professional. We were well taken care of. The breakfast in the cave actually exceeded my expectations. And of course the flight was just amazing! We did the trip with our seven year old daughter and she loved it. It's a bit hard for her to see over the rail in the beginning but once we are in the air Alejandro put her on top of the inside railing and she ended up with the best view!

TRULY the best night ever!

This truly was the best night ever!!! My tour guides were Chris and Maria and they are THE BEST DUO. First, we ate delicious Asian-fusion tacos and beers. Then we went to a park where they explained the history of lucha libre and taught us phrases to chant like “culero” and “chinga tu madre”. Then we ate even more yummy tacos and did shots of mezcal. (We even played a fun electrical power game - I forgot what this is called.) Next, we went to the venue - which had fun merch in the lobby. The matches were SO FUN! We had a ball chanting the phrases and laughing. I would definitely do this again! Chris and Maria were the BEST hosts you could imagine.

I loved it!

This was an amazing experience! The staff, especially Saul, were all kind and warm. Everything went smooth and we all got some beautiful photos and videos (they have a drone!) Also, bring a sweater. When we landed, they even gave us red wine and peach juice. I would do this again!

Amazing trip! Don’t miss it

We had such a great time on this trip to Tolantongo. Leo was a great guide and did a wonderful job helping everyone enjoy their experience while making sure we got to all of our stops. He was helpful and mindful of the needs of our group (ex. We had one family member who doesn’t speak English with us and he made sure she understood what was going on). Jose did a wonderful job driving and helping coordinate. There were helpful touches like fresh towels and shampoo being provided at the end of the day so we could all shower before heading back. The included breakfast was delicious. The visit itself was incredible. I would highly recommend going to see this area. There was a very balance of relaxation and adventure. The tunnel was chaotic due to several groups arriving at once but Leo did a great job making sure everyone made it through safely. The cave was one of the coolest things I’ve ever seen. The river was beautiful. I’d highly recommend adding the zip line. Overall, a long but wonderful day. Thank you Leo and Jose!

Booze, Music, and Vibes!

Our group of 12 friends had an amazing time. We did the shared boat experience which was fine since there were so many of us in our group. The crew were great communicators and friendly! They did dock the boat halfway through for restroom breaks at a spot with a few shops as well. I’m glad we did the drink package since the boats that sell cocktails were not as frequent as I imagined in a Saturday afternoon. The tacos were really taquitos so some of us were a little surprised. Still give this 5 stars

A Fantastic Last-Minute Tour to Teotihuacan

I would like to thank Roberto, Diana, and Mario for making my visit to the Teotihuacan Pyramids such an enjoyable experience, with special thanks to Diana, our English-speaking guide, whose knowledge and enthusiasm made the tour truly memorable. I was very short on time, as I only had two days in Mexico City. My original tour to Teotihuacan was unexpectedly canceled just two hours before departure on the morning of the trip. Fortunately, I was able to book this tour only a few hours before it started, and I'm very glad I did. A couple of helpful notes for future visitors: Selfie sticks and camera poles are not permitted at the archaeological site. I had to leave my GoPro stick on the bus, and there was an additional fee for bringing the GoPro camera itself. The itinerary does not include the Temple of the Feathered Serpent (Temple of Quetzalcoatl). However, during the free time at the end of the tour, it is only about a 15-minute walk away. I visited it on my own, and I highly recommend doing so, as it is definitely worth seeing. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Teotihuacan.

Worth it!

Definitely an experience you do not want to miss! The sunrise balloon tour was absolutely breathtaking. The tour of the Teotihuacán pyramids was very well done. The cave breakfast was ok - would have preferred a buffet over individual meals but other than that the tour was worth it!

10/10!! this was an incredible experience!!! Eduardo did such a phenomenal job with the drone images and photos he captured of our moments!! everyone was so friendly! so helpful! they were very communicative; from pick up, to the ballon reception area with coffee it was incredible. please if you are planning on taking a hot air balloon tour, book with them. Dão was our pilot and he was iconic.

Amazing experience!

This entire experience was amazing! The ENTIRE staff was very courteous (from the drivers to and from our destination, to the captain of our air balloon flight, to the breakfast staff and the mariachis!). The flight was very smooth, the traditional Mexican breakfast was delicious, and the Mariachi band was very entertaining. I couldn’t recommend this tour enough and would do it again in a heartbeat. Amazing experience, highly recommend

This was by far the best experience I had in Mexico City. The tour was well-timed and well organized. The balloon ride was a great. I got some amazing photos, despite the fog. The breakfast in the cave was memorable. The staff put on a great show, which I wasn’t expecting. The tequila/mezcal tasting was fun, although I’m not a fan of liquor. There was one taste I enjoyed: it was mezcal mixed with a pine nut cream, which was delicious. I loved the pyramids. A guided tour was offered for an extra cost. Overall, I had so much fun; it was like having 5 different experiences in one package. Definitely book this trip. It’s worthwhile. You’ll have wonderful memories and pictures. Tip: don’t bring a purse or backpack unless you absolutely have to. You can’t bring anything on the balloon. They weigh you before you can get on.

10/10 would recommend!

This was a great experience. Picked us up right at our hotel. Everything felt very safe. Ruby was our point guide and she was GREAT! Not only was the hot air balloon an awesome experience but we learned a lot of new things and was transported everywhere we needed to go. Also, for all of my animal lovers… this company looks out for a few of the stray dogs in the neighborhood <3 That went a long way for me. 10/10 would recommend and will recommend to anyone I know who will be traveling to Mexico City!
