Great experience with the best tour guide and driver!

Great tour! Organized and well paced. We had Patricia (Patto) as our guide and Phillipe as our driver, they were the best! Patto was so informative as she’s a native born here, she told us so much stories and information, she was also super friendly, funny and animated! Driver Phillipe was so sweet and funny too. The experience of the classic trajineras on the canals of Xochimilco was unique, we had a mariachi band performance which was amazing! Lunch at Coyocan was a nice break, with a special bonus churro break! Finally, the star, the Frida Kahlo museum was just breathtaking experience. Definitely recommend this tour!

The entire experience was so well organized, and the team was punctual, professional, and incredibly welcoming. They took the time to explain everything to us, making sure we felt comfortable and knew what to expect. Before takeoff, we enjoyed some coffee and cookies while watching the beautiful sunrise and the team prepare the balloon. It was such a peaceful and magical way to start the morning. ☀️🎈 The takeoff was incredibly smooth, and the views were absolutely breathtaking! Seeing the sunrise from above and taking in the beautiful scenery was an unforgettable experience. The landing was just as great, and we felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire flight. We had a wonderful experience on this tour! Keep in mind that it takes up an entire day (we arrived back around 8pm) and you will be exhausted by the end. Such a worthwhile experience if you have a day to spare outside of the city. Our tour guide Tania and our driver Nico were amazing and made the trip a breeze!

This Teotihuacán tour was excellent from start to finish. Our guide, Josefina, was very kind and professional, with clear and detailed explanations that really helped us understand the history and significance of the site, not just walk through it. The entire tour was very punctual, both the pickup and the schedule throughout the day, with no issues at all. You can tell this is a well-organized and experienced team. One of my favorite...

One of my favorite experiences while visiting CDMX! Sure you can buy your own ticket, but this experience gives you a more local experience. Seats are great, not to mention tacos, beer and mezcal as part of the tour. Great for solo travellers or anyone’s first time experiencing lucha libre.

Absolutely phenomenal...

Absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! Seamless hotel collection and drop off. Free coffee and fruit before the hot air balloon trip. Really smooth ride with just the most incredible views of teotihuacan. Delicious breakfast while the mariachi play and then great transportation to the pyramids. All staff were fantastic and the facilities were great too.

Great experience!

The balloon ride was very smooth and peaceful! The team knows what they're doing and the entire experience was fun and memorable. I recommend that everyone try this at least once. A little bit of what to expect: 4am pickup at hotel, 5:30am coffee and biscuits, 6:30 balloon launch, 7:30 land, 8am breakfast in cave, 9:30am mezcal tasting, obsidian explanation, gift shop, 10:30am walk around the pyramids. 12pm head back to hotel and arrive 1:30pm to 2pm. These times are approximate and from our experience - yours might differ slightly. Sign up - it's worth it.

Viator horrible customer service

The overall experience was good. However viator has been horrible after all of the events ive booked through them. My partner pulled his muscle needs to have surgery and I tried to ask them to refund me for his ticket or give me a credit them denied that. Thats horrible customer service with someone that books all the time. There are other sites you can use i would recommend you DONT USE VIATOR lack of customer service is a real thing. Ill post on social media as well.

If you love fun Chaos book this trip

If you are looking for a quiet cruise down the canals learning about the local history this isn't it. If you are looking for two hours of fun with strangers this is your trip! So many options for booking a boat on the canals - I mainly wanted something not to long with drink and food and this was perfect. To be honest I thought this place would be one giant tourist trap but in the end it was an amazing experience I would recommend to anyone. Couple notes - it wasn't exactly clear on the meetup instructions - we got a google maps location that was 100% accurate but no further instructions and no communication when trying to message but when I arrived a young man came up to me do you have a reservation? Yes I do / I could see my name on his list he showed me where to wait. Just trust the process - soon enough there where as large group gathered waiting for further instructions. Soon enough our name was called like attendance in school - we were pointed to a boat to get on and the party decided / there was 4 full boats with this company that we ended up floating together on a 4 boat party barge / load music started blasting drinks started to get pass out and chaos assumed . We were blessed with a fun group that was ready to party on a Saturday Afternoon. Soon doing tequila shots straight from the bottle , endless drinks being poured - dancing and fun hanging with strangers. Every boat we went by looked sad they weren't on our boat that's how much fun we were having. - about an hour into the cruise we stopped to get our tacos aka taquitos that were absolutely delicious / we each got 4 each with all the fixings / at some point we stopped at another location to use the bathroom / bring pesos !!! - there was opportunity to buy other food and goods along the way - it was the right amount of time to be feeling great but not completely blasted to end the trip. The crew were professional, friendly and fun and never felt like I was getting pressured to do anything or buy anything I wasn't expecting. High recommend this booking Couple notes / use the restroom room before boarding / hydrate , and plan to hydrate when getting off Bring pesos - in general always have pesos on you for bathroom use / usually 10 pesos - it's easier to pay for purchases but many vendors on the canals had tap pay The music is loud if you don't like party music - skip this booking

Splurge for the all inclusive tour!

We had a great time celebrating my son’s 21st birthday with the sunrise balloon ride, breakfast in a cave, mescal tasting, and climbing the moon temple. Such a wonderful way to spend the day. The entire team was excellent and the people in our tour group was great. Special thanks to Diego for such an informative tour of Teotihuacan! And to the men who helped land multiple balloons, you were amazing!!! Excellent team work!

Ismael was an incredible...

Ismael was an incredible guide and made the trip worth it. The excursion is a lot of fun. We got picked up around 4 am from the center and got back around 2 pm. The hot air balloon ride was the best part. The price of entering the pyramids wasn’t included, so bring 200 mxn with you. The cave was great and there was a show. Definitely bring water with you as it gets hot throughout the day
