This was the perfect option for our family trip, travelling with a wide range of ages from 5-75. This gave us the opportunity to move as we wanted. Fantastic service they sent us the tickets via WhatsApp and we could just make our way alone. Audio guide was great , wishing I would have know there was a reading option earlier, but that was a me clicking issue and no fault of company, nor app. Could have spent the whole day or more just with this ticket. Highly recommend and would do it again.

Tour was very self sufficient, we were sent all info the morning of rather than meeting someone there to show us where to go. I’d prefer doing it at my pace than in those huge groups but depends what you are looking for. Personally probably cheaper to buy at the colosseum and doing it yourself anyway.

Viator rescheduled our tour for 1745 from our original time of 1000. No one at Viator told us the colosseum closed at 1830. Leaving us with only 45 minutes to tour the whole of the colosseum including the arena. Colosseum was interesting but very disappointed with Viator.
