Marlo was an excellent...

Brian_S, Sep 2026

Marlo was an excellent guide. He was able to bypass hundreds of people entering St. Peter’s Square and placed us in really good chairs for viewing the pope. He also bypassed a huge line to get us into the Vatican Museum. Our guide at the museum was very knowlegable. The tour was well worth the money.

Response from Host, Sep 2026

Dear Brian, Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re delighted to hear that you enjoyed your Papal Audience and Vatican Museums Tour in Rome and that Marlo helped make your experience so memorable. Seeing the Pope in St. Peter’s Square from a great position is truly a special experience, and we’re very happy that the assistance provided helped you navigate such a busy day at the Vatican. It’s also wonderful to hear that you appreciated your knowledgeable guide during the Vatican Museums tour. Thank you for saying that the experience was well worth the money — it means a great deal to our entire team. We hope to welcome you back to Rome for another unforgettable experience! Warm regards, Rosa & the Rome Tour Team

Disorganized

Susan_M, Jun 2023

Although the staff were extremely friendly, I was disappointed with changing of times and the last minute communication.

Response from Host, Jun 2023

Dear Susan, as I explaind You on the meeting point the Vatican is a separate state and they can decide of rescheduling any event or entrance time,an it happens that sometimes that is only a few moments before the tours start,or Papal Audience, and we can't do much about that. In any case, thank You so much for Your revew and for booking with us!!! Hope to see You in Rome again! Rosa

Buen tour, podría ser mejor.

Arturo_E, Sep 2023
