Outrageous. We have been waiting for 20 minutes at the pick up location at the colosseum. Tickets are sold out today. We got up early and waited at 8am for 20min and they’ve cancelled us without even a message! Just a Viator refund at 8.15. Do not book this company. Our last day in Rome, we now will not see the Colosseum.

The worst experience... if I could give it zero stars, I would. I purchased the Colosseum tour over a month ago, and the tickets never arrived. I contacted the operator repeatedly, but they did not respond to my messages. On the day of the tour, one hour before the entry time, we were able to reach Viator, and we were informed that the tour had been canceled; we were never notified about anything. I do not recommend it at all. The tour was with Dolcevita Discoveries.
