Nothing against the London eye but I gotta be honest. I don’t think it was worth like US$75. You don’t really get great pick opportunities. Based on my experience, I would not do this again. If you have no concern about your budget and have 30 minutes or so that you just wanna relax then this would be a good option for you.

The evening rides seem to be less busy. There is a restroom in the ticket office. I am not a heights person, but there is a bench in the middle that makes it enjoyable even for me. There was a rainbow that was beautiful, but that isn’t part of every package.

Not clear where to go when you arrive. VIP lounge looked anything but. Staff were friendly. Nice small group of 6 on the day.

We had an 8.5 hour layover on n London. We had to switch airports also: Heathrow to Gatwick. We did a bus tour and the Eye. Glad I paid for the flex and fast pass. We got in line right away. Passed everyone in line and that was what we needed to do to catch or flight.

Great pictures from above! The ride is about 25 minutes total for one evolution. Line to get on was less than 15 minutes on a Sunday afternoon.

Really good tourist attraction. The eye rotates slowly, so taking picture are a breeze. Not a lot of movement in each of the bubbles if you experience motion sickness. The time in the rotation gives you plenty of time to take photos without others in the way. Definitely a different tourist view of the City of London. Bonus if you don't like taking pictures the one they take for you are great!

It is essential to book ahead of time and visitor made this so easy. Don’t let the long line scare you - this experience is managed so well and the line moves quickly. Our “car” was not overcrowded and we had a fun visit. You might want to get in line a little early.

London eye itself was great. Horrible experience with Viator. App didn’t load tix, had to call for tix to be sent to me and agent hung up on me. This happened with another experience as well. Everything I’ve booked, tickets did populate, I had to go through box office, only to be told they can’t pull them up and to call Viator, where I was hung up on

Perfect views of London. Fastpass is worth it! No worries if you have a fear of heights. It goes so slow and it is all enclosed. Don't miss this one you're on your visit to London

It was a beautiful view of the city. Once uou buy this ticket you will get huge discounts at the pier for entry to the aquarium Shrek's Adventure, a escape room, and few other things.

Only thing that was a negative was the fake flowers drapped all over the inside of the London Eye cabin. While it was pretty and I understand it was for Spring season and Easter…it was a bit much.
