What are people saying about Tokyo

Mt Fuji the shy girl showed up !
Erick was amazing! He answered all of our questions and was very accommodating when choosing our meeting location. The tour was very pleasant and energetic. We enjoyed all the sites and strongly recommend him and his crew. We looked at several tour companies before choosing Viator. The Mt. Fuji package we went with included the cable car and optional lake tour at a price well below competitors. The tour bus was brand new and the driver navigated all stops in a professional manner. We can’t say enough good things about our experience. Highly recommend—A+++

Greta day, would recommend!
Great tour day, 10 hours was the perfect amount of time, didn't see Fuji itself due to the clouds however this didn't change my views on the day. Beautiful views of the entire mountain range and a very friendly tour guide to go with it. Stops were all timed well and worth the money all the way. Only about 20 people in the group which meant that we could navigate the area easier than in larger bus tours I've done previously.

Our guide, Michiko, was...
Our guide, Michiko, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was easy to talk to and was very responsible.
The tour itself was amazing except for the Lawson stop. That was an unnecessary part of the tour. Otherwise, had an amazing time with my family.

Outstanding tour
Outstanding tour. We booked the same tour for two days in a row and had the same guide, David, for both days. Over the two days we were abel to see everything on the list, go up in the Tokyo SkyTree and even visited the National Museum.
David shared wonderful information and was highly informative. This is an outstanding way to see Tokyo. I would highly recommend this tour.

A smooth experience
Our driver was exactly where she had said he would be (we contacted a couple of days before to ascertain) with a large legible sign. We were escorted to a taxi stand where he left us while he located and pulled up our vehicle. All in all the very smooth experience.

Great tour outside of Tokyo
Peru was a great guide who gave us great information in the bus as we were driving to the Nikko shrine . He answered every question I had, and was very knowledgeable. Once we got to the shrine, Peru also gave us some more information and then we had plenty of time on our own. We did go to the waterfall and the lake, but unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate those two places. But it was a wonderful day overall.
My only negative comment would be to make sure NOT to purchase the lunch that was optional to buy. The food there was not good at all. Plus, there were other places to get food in the time span that we had.

Great tour and food, excellent guide!
My husband and I had a great time trying new foods with Masa. He was very friendly, and happy to answer our many questions! Very different than other food tours we've taken in the past, but definitely one of our favorites! Highly recommend (and try something you wouldn't normally eat. You might like it. I did!)

Great tour with lots of local knowledge and tips from Pan
Pan was very friendly and informative. Learnt a lot about Kamakura and Enoshima throughout the trip. It was organised well and had enough time at each location to freely explore without rushing. Highly recommend this tour if you're here for the first time 😁

Unforgettable experience
I booked the "Tokyo Grand Sumo Tournament Viewing with Tickets" on Wednesday 13th May, and it became the undisputed highlight of our two-week trip to Japan. The organisation and logistics were seamless from start to finish.
A special mention must go to our guide, Michiko, who is a true credit to her company. Her knowledge of sumo is unparalleled, and her insight made all the difference for beginners like us, helping us not just follow the action, but genuinely understand and love the sport. She shared insider knowledge on the Rikishi, the Yobidashi, and the Gyōji with infectious enthusiasm, and her warm personality struck the perfect balance between humour and fascinating detail. She made the day truly special.
And as a final touch of magic, the wrestler's towel she picked out for me in the gift bag belonged to Wakatakakage, who went on to win the tournament. I'd say she brought me good luck too! Thank you Michiko.

Worth the tour
Very interesting hearing so much history. Do not, however, go on a Monday as the local shops they say you will see are closed. That was disappointing, but recovered as we were here in April and got to see the Azeala festival at one of the many shrines we saw. Yoshida was a great tour guide showing us a few things we would never have seen on our own

Best Bike Guide In Tokyo
Gahku was our subaraschi Guide! He is such a professional cyclist always calling out every Turn, „clear“ to be confident no one is coming. He did such a fantastic job. The Route is approximately 17 miles, however it felt more like 8 miles. He is very measured with the changing of the Traffic lights, you go right thru, the Temples, Shrines, backalleys, truly best bike tour in Tokyo. Arigato!

A day in tokyo
Fantastic day out. Exhausting and difficult at times because of mobility issues. The public transport system is not as catering for the disabled as previously expected. There are a lot of steps to encounter. But Akiri, our guide, was very adaptable and much appreciated. Thank you Akiri.
