- Due to the weather conditions, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to following alternative places or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes. (Swan Lake Cruise Ship on Lake Yamanaka, Lake Ashinoko sightseeing boat, Odawara Castle, Oshino Hakkai, Hakone Sekisho, Minaka Odawara, Fujisan World Heritage Center, Hakone Shrine)
- If you are late for the tour start time, you will not be able to join the tour mid-way.
- We will attend an alternative place instead of 5th station due to traffic regulation of Mt Fuji hill climb on 7th June.
- Please handle the loading and unloading of your luggage from the trunk yourself. (Including wheelchairs, stroller etc..)
- The buffet offers the same menu for all guests, but there are dishes that vegetarians and those seeking Muslim-friendly options can enjoy. However, please note that we do not cater to following dietary requirements: Vegan, Halal, Pure vegetarian, Gluten free, and Allergy-friendly meals.

Experience should have been cancelled due to terrible weather. Couldn’t see Mount Fuji at all. So bad it might not have been there. Cable car ride and boat trip, again should have been cancelled due to not being able to see anything due to rain and mist. Bulletin train ok. Considering our previous positive experiences with Viator, surprised this trip went ahead. Very disappointed.

It was a full day of the Mt. Fuji tour. Lisa our tour guide fed us with a lot of pertinent information. However due to the clouds Mt. Fuji was not totally visible. We had a great time and we highly recommend this tour.

Meg, our guide seemed nice but it went downhill from there. She told us a 9 AM that Mt Fuji was busy so we are having lunch at 10 AM, This is way to early to have lunch. We had 30 minutes to eat and use the bathroom for a bus load of people. In addition the fried food served was cold and inedible. Then we get on the bus and she says we are skipping the gondola because the lines are to long. We spent 30 minutes at Mt Fuji which was way to short. Instead she gave us 800 yen vouchers to use at a souvenir shop she took us to. The tickets for the gondola are 3,000 yen and 800 is an insult. So with missing the gondola, we spent most of our time on the bus. The boat ride was ok. Having such a short time at Mt Fuji and missing the Gondola was so disappointing. I reached out to the company and after 5 days, no response. For such an expensive tour I could have seen Mt Fuji for less and had more time there. I would skip this tour company.

We appreciate your words regarding the matter.
It is unfortunate that the activities that took place on the tour day did not match your expectations.
But since Mt. Fuji is about 100 and few kilometers away from Tokyo and also our tour incorporates traveling to Hakone area (another prefecture from where Mt. Fuji is), it hence results for the bus ride to get a little extended.
With this, our tour takes you to 3 different prefectures in one day which if one had to do on their own would not be possible at any cost.
We appreciate your understanding on the matter and wish you a lovely stay for the rest of the period here in Japan.

Our guide Yatu was absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and very considerate. He spent time chatting to everyone on the tour
He gave us helpful hints and some great, funny stories. The tour itself was perfect and we were so lucky to see Mount Fuji in all its glory withe the sun shining on it. Great tour, great guide and would recommend it to everyone. Great journey back to Tokyo on bullet train.

Kazu was the best tour guide! Super informative of the history and landmarks he talked about. Even taught us phrases to use in Tokyo and Osaka. Unfortunately Mt Fuji was not viewable due to the clouds, but nonetheless Kazu made our tour so fun.

Our Guide Levin was entertaining on the bus, He was informative and answered questions. It was disappointing to have clouds and only get a quick view of the mountain. I will say land, sea and air was a unique way to get a sight of her, Mt. Fuji. But we did get one!

It was an amazing 1-day tour to the mnt. Fuji, crater, river cruise and more. The tour guide Levin made this trip unforgettable, very interesting, informative and fun. Levin is the top guide who I would highly recommend to book this tour or any other tour if you can. I appreciated the difference even more when I had tours with other guides in Japan who lacked that experience, expertise and just attitude.

Mt. Fuji views were awesome. Cable car and lake pirate boat were kind of underwhelming. Would have preferred to visit the Owakudani volcanic eggsand maybe .spend more time in Hakone itself.

Full day but so nice to have a tour scheduled with a guide to tell us where to go and what to do (after several days of self-guided exploration). The downtime of the bus ride was great & Fuji put on a show for us! The team had glorious views and the pirate ship cruise was a fun way to end. The bullet train is definitely worth it! Fun (and SPEEDY) experience! Our guide, Meg, was delightful & helpful. Our group of four was exhausted but so glad we went!

We had an amazing time on this tour! The bus ride was a bit long, but our tour guide Hiro took the time to teach us all about life in Japan! I feel like Hiro really made the trip, if was so knowledgeable about not only the places we visited but the culture and lifestyle in Japan. He even gave us a small Japanese lesson during the ride! The pirate ship was great, and seeing Mt Fuji up close was insane. Our favorite part though was the cable car. Definitely recommend, and hope you get Hiro as your guide!

If you have the time, definitely book this experience.
It was fun, informative and at points breathtaking.
We were lucky to see Mt. Fuji throughout the day, including with the sunset as we shot through the mountains on the bullet train back to Tokyo.
There was a mixture of historical, geographical and local information, including some excellent recommendations for all of Japan (not just Tokyo!).
This tour extends beyond a trip to Mt. Fuji (which would have been excellent in itself), including plenty of stops to immerse yourself into different parts of Hakone.
