The flexibility of the tour was great. We could add and remove a few activities based on what we wanted to see and could do as much or as little walking as we wanted.

David was very helpful and courteous. His English was very good, was very knowledgeable about Tokyo, and customized the tour to our needs. When we talked about our plans for other days, where we were considering using an Uber, he was able to arrange dedicated driver programs for us.

Jack our tour guide was very accommodating and understood my wife’s limited mobility. We changed up stops because of the heavy rains. We had plenty of time at the National Museum which is great to take in. Took us to an out of the way noodle restaurant that was fantastic Thank you again Jack.
