Our full day tour of Tokyo was an overwhelming success. Our guide Kemal was knowledgable and friendly, not to mention super helpful and flexible to make the tour everything we could ask for. I would hire him again, in a minute. We was a consummate professional and made our day a great introduction to the history and culture of Tokyo.
Our driver, Jonny, took us everywhere we wanted to go, including Mega Donki, the Harry Potter store, and the Nintendo store. He was able to find close parking and waited patiently at each stop. He gave us time estimates and traffic updates throughout the day. It was a low stress, fun day!
Our Guide Kamal from Uzbekistan was very friendly - he spoke good english and know a lot about Tokyo where he had lives for 12 years. He suggested some stops and we adjusted a bit during the day. Up to us how long time we stayed at each stop - he was at any time available and ready to take us to next stop.
I would highly recommend booking with this company. The guide was friendly, knowledgeable and his English is excellent.
Itinerary included a lot of places we wanted to see
Our driver Kemal was very patient with us and gave us enough time in each of the stops. We didn’t feel rushed at all.
Michael, greeted us at the cruise terminal on time and communicated very well with us. We needed to make a stop before going on the tour.
He was very accommodating to our needs. We decided on fewer sites since we were tired . So he drop us off at our hotel about 3:30pm. Strongly recommend your service and the nice car provided.

Our driver/ guide Alis was awesome he was great driver a lot of fun and knew the city well! We could never have seen so much on our own. Wonderful experience!!!
Our guide, David, drove us from sight to sight but did not accompany us at the sights. Compared to other guides we have had elsewhere he had very little to offer in history culture etc. We could have taken cabs and saved a lit of money.

Our guide and driver David was excellent. Very knowledgable about Tokyo history/navigating its busy streets, a great driver and english speaker. Modern comfortable van. Flexible itinerary (he sidetracked to let my wife take care of some special shopping). Highly recommended.

This is an amazing experienced around Tokyo. We did not see everything on the itinerary but due weather. Jonny is our tour guide, he so kind and patient with us. I recommend this tour if you have trouble walking. Private tour is worth the money.

This was the perfect way for 5 adults and one toddler to see Tokyo in one day. We never would have seen half the places on our own. Our driver, Michael, was wonderful!!! He was very willing to customize our tour and did so efficiently. My two and a half year old grand daughter loved him and he was so good with her.
Please improve the following trip review for Tripadvisor for punctuation, spelling, grammar, sentence structure. Please try to leave as much as possible intact. Here it is: A tour is only as good as your guide, your itinerary, and your company. On this grand tour of Tokyo, I had a great company. (my wife) a great itinerary, and a great guide, John. It was definitely a day well spent we got to see the Senjo-ji Temple, the Tokyo Skytree, Tskukiji Market (great seafood from stall vendors), Takeshita Street (pop culture on steroids), Shibuya Crossing (the lit up square in Tokyo), the Imperial Gardens and Palace, and the Ginza shopping district.
That’s a lot to pack in to one day, but John made it seem effortless. We started where we wanted. We stopped when we needed to. He made plenty of room for us to explore and wander. We never felt rushed and we felt that we got to take in the experience. We got a chance to sample the best of local food on the way, and his explanations and stories kept us entertained the entire way.. when we come back next year I’d love to hire him again.
The tour was amazing. John was our tour guide and his English was perfect. He shared so much about what we were going to see and experience. The tour was flexible which definitely met our needs.

Michael is a wonderful driver. He helped make our day absolutely fabulous. He was very attentive to our needs showed us where we needed to go and was always waiting to pick us up. We really enjoyed him as a driver. We highly recommend him.
