Great tour and guide!
Our guide, Tomo, was fantastic and she really made this a wonderful experience. She was attentive to everyone on the tour and her kindness was genuine and heartwarming. The tour of the Hiroshima memorial and the museum was moving and sobering. We happened to be there on a day where there were several school groups who sang at the Children’s Memorial which was very touching. Tomo did a great job of explaining what we would see in the museum and then providing us enough free time to see everything. The trip to Miyajima Island was wonderful too - easy ferry ride and lots of time to explore the shrine and the nearby shops. The included lunch was excellent too. Overall it was a great trip with a wonderful guide who taught us a great deal about the Japanese culture and traditions. I highly recommend this excursion.

We had a wonderful day...
We had a wonderful day with Kazuko exploring Hiroshima and Miyajima. She was fun to be with and was very informative about both places. It was touching to learn that her mother was a survivor of the A-bomb - so sad. We would definitely recommend Kazuko to anyone wanting to learn about these places - money well spent.

Fantastic Hiroshima Bike Tour
Miyu gave my wife and I an excellent bike tour of Hiroshima. Her English language skills and knowledge of history are outstanding. Since she and her family are from the area, she was able to discuss some of her family history as well. We really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it!

Excellent and Easy
We had a great time touring Hiroshima with Emiko. She was very passionate and knowledgeable of the sites around the area. We had great conversations and she was enjoyable to hang out with for the day. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a tour of Hiroshima. The experience was easy, customizable and flexible.

Many Hiroshima tours focus on the city’s World War II-era history, with guided visits to attractions like the UNESCO-listed Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome. But the city hasn’t let itself be fully defined by tragedy. A local guide can help you navigate modern Hiroshima and learn more about the city’s rich culture. Activities like tea ceremonies, food tours, and day trips to see the famous Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima can show you all that the city has to offer.
