Mitch was super kind, he even brought notebooks for our sons so they could start collecting stamps at every landmark. He, however, has limited historic and cultural knowledge, the tour was pretty superficial.

We had a wonderful tour in Tokyo with our guide, Tak. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to spend the day with. Tak worked with us to customize the tour based on our wants and needs, which made the experience feel personal and relaxed.
We especially appreciated that he took our dietary needs seriously and brought us to a gluten-free restaurant, which meant a lot to us. His attention to detail, flexibility, and warm personality made our time in Tokyo even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Tak to anyone visiting Tokyo!

Lily was a great tour guide! We got to visit Meiji Jingu Shrine, shop, and we ate at an amazing ramen place! Lily brought us to some amazing sites and answered any questions we had on Japanese culture history!

What a wonderful introduction to Tokyo! Our guide, Keiko, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very eager to customize our tour to what we wanted to see and do for the day. She gave us tips on using the subway and getting around on our own, took us to a delicious ramen restaurant at lunch, and sent us a long list of vintage clothing shops we’d requested to visit, but just ran out of time - we were having so much fun at the sites we visited! As a mom traveling with 2 teenagers you never know how much “museum vs shops” they want to see, but we had a great balance of both with Keiko. My girls were sad to see her go at the end of the tour, Highly recommend this tour and having Keiko as your guide. She is delightful.

This was great way to get an intro to the city on our first day in Tokyo. Very knowledgeable and friendly guide. At the end of our day, she even took us to the train station to help us figure out how to buy tickets for the remainder of our destinations which was a huge help!

Expensive tour but to be fair, Tokyo is not cheap. Had a great guide, Tomo, and a driver. Very comfortable, spacious van. Tomo was very pleasant. She customized our visit. Even took us on a bullet train ride because my 85 year-old Mom was curious. We conquered the Shibuya crossing in a wheelchair. I highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with Yuriko and our customized Tokyo highlights tour! As a first-time visitor to Tokyo, traveling with my 22-year-old son and 17-year-old daughter, I was worried about finding activities we would all enjoy. Yuriko suggested a perfect itinerary for us, starting with the Tsujiki fish market, where we sampled delicious fresh fish, scallops, Wagyu beef skewers, and the sweetest Japanese melons. She also recommended a wonderful ceramics store where I purchased one-of-a-kind plates and bowls to ship home.
We then toured the Meiji Shrine and a beautiful iris garden, cruised through cool shops and soaked in the Harajuku vibe, and traversed Shibuya Crossing with thousands of other pedestrians. Also, a delicious sushi lunch and an overall amazing day!!
Yuriko was incredibly organized, thoughtful, kind, and so knowledgeable about Japanese culture, history, architecture, and food! It was a perfect way to get to know Tokyo in a short amount of time! We cannot wait to return to Tokyo and travel with Yuriko again. She is a true gem.

This was just perfect for our group of 8: 2 families with 4 teenagers. Our tour guide, Young, was terrific. She really wanted to maximize our experience. She took note of what we wanted to do and made it happened. The day was perfect as we were able to experience all the spots that we wanted to visit. Highly recommend it!

I have traveled for many years and now with my teens…. Shun is 100% the best guide I’ve ever had. Shun was a teacher and it showed! He was wonderful with my teens and asked them questions to engage them, told funny stories and was kind, professional, and great to be with. I travel alone with my teens and never know how a guide will be. Shun was truly the best guide I’ve ever had in any country I’ve visited. The tour was wonderful; my son wanted to eat his way through it, my daughter wanted Instagram worthy photos throughout and I wanted to hear all the history and tidbits about everything Shun showed us… he hit the mark ten-fold! I 100% recommend this tour and ask for Shun!

This was an amazing time with Meiko-san who added tremendous value for our trip. There is no way we would have enjoyed Tokyo for what it had to offer or learn so much about the culture or get cool tips and tricks to maximize our experience without Meiko-san. Without a doubt an amazing time thanks to our guide. If you want a good experience in Tokyo...highly recommend this.

This tour was terrible. The 73 year old guide spoken terrible English and took us only to extremely crowded shrines and left out all good parts of this tour such as the fish market imperial palace national gardens and museums. We are now left to visit those on our dime after paying for his horrible tour!! Do not book this tour!!!

Tour was a great introduction to Tokyo…we visited the Meiji Jingu shrine, Senso-ji Temple and Asakusa. Received an introduction to the incredible subway system. Our guide was very nice but it was difficult at times to understand her English.

Miky was fabulous! Visited Meiji Shrine, Zojoji Temple, Tsukji fish market and Hamarikyo gardens. Taking the trains with Miky made our adventure much easier than trying to do it ourselves!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our private Tokyo walking tour with Mieko-san. From the beginning, communication was excellent, and throughout the day she was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
What we appreciated most was that she gave us exactly the type of experience we were looking for — authentic places and local experiences we would never have discovered or felt comfortable navigating on our own as tourists. The lunch recommendation was outstanding and became one of the highlights of our trip.
Mieko-san made us feel very welcome, answered all of our questions, and helped us experience Tokyo in a much more personal and meaningful way. She also took beautiful photos of us during the tour, which was such a thoughtful touch.
We highly recommend this tour and especially Mieko-san to anyone visiting Tokyo and looking for a more authentic, high-quality experience.

We had a wonderful day walking the streets of Tokyo and traveling on the subway with Kayco. The walk through the fish market was incredible with all of the different smells from the scrumptious food that was being sold. She took us to a really delicious restaurant dating back to 1837 near the temple. Someplace we would have never found on our own. Lastly, we experienced walking across Shibuya Scramble Crossing with her taking pictures of us in the crowd. We would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Tokyo to spend the day with Kayco.

Tatsie was a lovely guide to help us around Tokyo. we saw some atractive highlights and stopped at Tokyo’s main shrine. A pity that there was a long traject in the metro but that was then filled with a lot of good information shared about the history.
