We were very lucky to see the Mount Fuji very clearly, which is very rare in August. The scenery was stunning. The trip was well organized. Our tour guide Eric was punctual and friendly, and he introduced some of the Japanese culture to us, which was very informative. Our driver, Ou, was a responsible driver. He made the passengers feel safe onboard.
Overall, the trip was enjoyable and worthwhile. I’m very happy that I took the trip.

Our tour was led by Aoi, and she was great. She taught us Japanese words, shared the history & significance about the places we visited, and made sure we were on time for our next activities. I appreciated that there were updates in a WhatsApp group chat. I was also grateful that she took into account when we would have the best visibility for Mount Fuji.

Really nice trip out of Tokyo to see Mount Fuji .A lot of activity in one day but well worth it .
Kevin Liu was out tour guide .He is such a nice and funny guy.Very helpful guy helping us take out photos and entertaining us the whole time.

An excellent well rounded tour, with friendly and fantastic service from our tour guide, Aoi. We did not feel rushed at any point, and were able to enjoy many different views of Mt Fuji, as luckily the weather was cooperating for our tour day. We enjoyed the restaurant, and can recommend the beef and eel dishes! If you're looking for a full day filled with Japanese culture, friendly faces, and if you're lucky enough, breathtaking views of Mt Fuji, then book this tour now. :)
P.S. be prepared to joke up 500 steps to view the pagoda overlooking Mt Fuji, but it's worth it!

Thank you to Eric-San and Mr. Cho for taking us on an extensive tour. Appreciate all the commentary—learning Japanese phrases and getting recommendations on various spots. Although we didn't get to see Mt. Fuji clearly, the experience to the other locations added value to the tour experience. Understandably we went during the summer/rainy season, so we got the the best outcome given the circumstance.

It is a trip filled with beautiful scenery. Guide was friendly, knowledgeable and funny. We were lucky enough to see most of Mt. Fuji several times during the day. The stairs to the top of the pagoda were challenging, but there are alternative ways to accomplish the clomb. Overall a really worthwhile trip.

Great tour hitting highlights of Mt. Fuji area. Although Mt Fuji was not visible from any stops, the tour was still fun! Guide Mio was very nice, helpful & personable too! 😊Lunch was good & very reasonable price!

First of all our tour guide was late to the meeting point where a bunch of other tour guides were gathered.. So you can guess how confusing and frustrating it was trying to figure out where, who and how to start this tour! We finally figured out who our guide was. Then she asked that we have the what's up app so to communicate during the tour if we got lost or had questions about departure times at the stops through out the tour. I'm not one that communicates through the latest popular app that comes up....I just use my text or email. The tour started somewhat rough as I've said but we managed to get through the tour. I've been on other bus tours before and I just think this tour guide could use some pointers...Guests that come on these tours are people who have never been in this
country and don't know the culture. I was excited and eager to learn about Mt. Fuji and the surrounding country side. Just disappointed with this tour. It could have been a much better experience for me. This tour was a perfect time to explain more details and highlight more interesting sites, with more explanations.

It was a great day trip to see mt fuji, unfortunately the weather was cloudy and there was no views of the mt. Nevertheless it was a good opportunoty to visit the region and enjoy the tourist attractions. Gwen our tour guide was detialed meticulous and even had a whatsapp group to communicate with everyone. She was good at explaining and providing fun facts on the various locations.

Pros: The flower garden stop and the shrine stop were the highlights of the tour.
Cons: The tour guide's English was poor and difficult to understand. He did not provide much details on the way to the sites. He sang 3-4 songs in his native language (not English) that were irritating. He needs singing lessons! Tour guide kept insisting to give 5 Star reviews at the end of the tour. The lunch was overpriced for what we got. Lunch was at a Chinese run restaurant trying to serve Japanese food. There are no other options available for lunch.

This has been the best tour on our Japan trip. Our coach/guide Gwen was an amazing person and she had so much patience with everyone of us on this tour. She made sure we all understood the history and it made our Mt. Fuji trip definitely the best experience ever!!! Thank you Gwen!

It was a very fun trip to see the Mt Fuji, but unfortunately it was too cloudly to see the full mountain, but thats what we expected😁

Beautiful excursion. Perfectly timed, amazing spots, perfect for pictures as well. Mount Fuji wasn’t visible at first, but it later became visible so it was cool. I especially want to thank Belle, she was a FANTASTIC guide!!! Fun, informative, but also allowed us to rest on the bus between stops. Perect mix between information and relax. Took pictures for everyone and let me borrow her umbrella. Super sweet and would absolutely do it again.
