Aoi was a fantastic tour guide who kept us all informed during our day trip to Mt. Fuji, taught us some Japanese along the way and was also very funny! The tour visited all the major sites and we didn’t feel rushed, even though it was a full itinerary. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to visit the Mt. Fuji area.
I had a great experience. Our guide Aoi was very patient, helpful, had a great sense of humour and shared a lot about places we visited. We were lucky to see Mont Fuji all day long! I recommend this tour.
Aoi-san was very energetic and humourous and made our tour very enjoyable. Had a full day of fun and enjoyed the different views of Mount Fuji

An was incredible! She was very sharp on her schedule and made sure we got to see everything and right on time. That helped with us getting to places before bigger groups. She had a lot of local knowledge and always greeted us with a smile. Would definitely recommend this tour if you want to see the best photo spots with a Mt. Fuji view.

Bring comfortable shoes and lightweight clothing because of all the walking. Frequent stops are made in case you need snacks and a potty break.

The tour was well organised and on time.
There was a lot of traffic leaving from Tokyo. Apparently it was a three day weekend. It took approximately 4 1/2 hours to get to our first site. .It would have been nice as the Tour Guide would have explained some of the history or significance of the location. Do not add the add-on lunch option. That food was horrible.

Taiyo was great and VERY efficient making sure we got everywhere on time! We went to so many amazing spots. Loved the swan ferry at the end with a glimpse of Fuji :)
Great tour to see different perspectives of Mt. Fuji. Swan Lake boat is a little cheesy but had one of the best views. Eric is a great guide if you are fortunate to get him.
Davy was our tour guide and him and our best driver were both amazing and informative! We had ALOT of traffic and unfortunately couldn't get to some spots but Davy dealt with all the setbacks and was able to still make it a good day. PLEASE make sure before you book that it's not a holiday in Japan!!!

Impossible to find guide at meeting point. Rushed itinerary. Purchased lunch was terrible. Guide was difficult to understand.
Excellent host. Lydia communicated very proactively before and during the tour. The tour covered some good spots from where we could appreciate the beauty of Mt Fuji.
You never go on the foothills of fuji. We spend at leat 4hrs getting there. And 5 hrs going back. Not worth the money. The operator should let you know beforehand the amount of time wasted on the journey to and back. The guide was Chinese and did not speak English very well. Could not hear him properly and understand him sometimes.
Our guide Andy was very nice, told us many interesting things about the area of Mt Fuji, as We had a wonderful experience! Andy, our guide, was very knowledgeable and shared lots of interesting information about Japan. Our driver was also very kind and friendly. Although we got stuck in traffic in the morning, the tour was well organized, and we never felt rushed. We managed to visit all the planned places and had plenty of time to enjoy each stop. The views were absolutely incredible and made the whole experience even more memorable. Highly recommended!

Took this trip because public transport would also be expensive and would take long. This was a good way on saving on traveling headaches.
The Mount Fuji tour was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. However, I strongly recommend avoiding public holidays, as traffic can be extremely heavy. We spent over three hours stuck in traffic on both the outbound and return journeys, which significantly affected the schedule.
A special thanks to our guide, Lydia, who was extremely professional, helpful, and dedicated. She did everything possible to ensure the itinerary was completed as planned, despite the challenging traffic conditions.
