Zoe was incredibly courteous, friendly and even sent us great photos throughout the tour of the locations we stopped at. Even gave us postcards at the end of Mt Fuji. I learnt a lot of interesting facts about Mt Fuji and would highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to immerse in the famous sites around Mt Fuji while having a friendly guide by your side.

I had a Great experience seeing Mt. Fuji! My group leader was Ethan for the day, and Ethan did an incredible job! Ethan made sure we were well informed with history surrounding Mt. Fuji, but also history of Japan. The meeting point was communicated very clearly by Ethan, and I had no issue finding him to check-in before getting on the bus. I felt very well informed regarding facts surrounding Mt.Fuji! The views are incredible! We saw Mt. Fuji on a clear day and it was beautiful. Also, I am a solo traveler and Ethan took some incredible pictures of me which made my experience even more incredible! I really appreciate Ethan communicating all information very well and taking pictures of me at multiple stops!

Great experience from beginning to end. Super organized and Family friendly. Be aware there are 400 steps to climb on the first stop but its optional. Authentic Lunch was great and Bus was comfortable. No traffic going but traffic returning to Tokyo took approximately 3 hours returning. Sandy was a great tour guide also!

It was a long day, but worth it! The views of Fuji and taking the stairs up to the pagoda were definitely highlights. Some of the initial stops were short and, for us, could have been skipped. That said, it was a good way to reach must-see sites that aren’t easily accessible by train all in one day. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because our guide had a heavy accent and spoke too fast for me to understand. I’m hearing impaired, however, and others were able to catch most of what she said.

The meeting point was not very clear and the guide sent a message not to be late via a WhatsApp group but then he was 15 minutes late with the bus also late so we left at 8;45 instead of 8:30. It was a large bus which was full but no toilet. The other people on the group agreed the meeting point was confusing as the building is huge with a number of different sides.
The guide went very quickly through the day at the start which was helpful but then failed to tell us the next stop as we moved off each time. I asked a few times but he just stayed silent once replied so I had to ask each time. He barely spoke after the first lot if information other than to tell you the meet time at each stop and where the toilets were. We didn’t want lunch so ticked that box but then the bus stopped for lunch cash only and only one restaurant and you had to pay the guide hours before you got there. The food was expensive and very average. The trip felt a bit rushed even though we left st 8;45 and returned at 19:30. The guide was telling us all to move quickly I think perhaps he had too many in the group. We dis everything on itinery there was no need for constant hurry up messages. The return journey was in silence with lights off most trips have a little light music playing. It was a bit boring. Not one of the better tours we have taken across our many travels! The price was very good but I would happily pay a bit more for a better experience

On our hunt for Fuji-san we explored many amazing areas, each with their unique view and experience to offer. Our tour guide Augustin was so energectic and quick thinking. Due to traffic delays, he altered our itinerary order to make the most of our day. We saw spectacular views of Fuji-san in all her glory, with plenty of time to take in our surroundings. Luck was on our side and got 5/5!!

We had just the best day on this day tour. Our guide Augustin and the driver were incredible. We were lucky to have great weather which enabled us to see Fujisan all day from various stops. Thoroughly recommend Augustin and this tour.

I had a fantastic time and I did not go to Mount Fuji when I first came to Japan. The one issue was that there were issues with the bus and we had to transition to a new bus so I think we lost some time, but seeing the mountain and getting these wonderful pictures cancels out any misgivings about the bus. The guide was caring and knowledgeable about the area of Japan.

We were lucky enough to have exceptional weather the day we took this trip and the sight of Mt.Fuji in all her glory was truly breathtaking. The bus ride was smooth, about an hour and a half from central Tokyo and our wonderful tourguide Belle kept us entertained. Some of the spots we were taken to an this trip were a little touristy, especially the clock shop stop where locals literally were having to police the roads to clear the streets from influencers standing in the roads and blocking traffic for their photos. Despite this, trip was still enjoyable and Belle was such a sweet and pleasant woman. She kept us on schedule and made sure we knew exactly where meeting points were. She even was kind enough to take photos. The day is long, but totally would recommend this tour to help get you out of the city and see the great mountain.

This tour was far too long for attractions that were available. The lunch stop of 90 minutes could have been 30 at the most apart from a number of overpriced cash. Only stores there was nothing to see or do at the lunch stop.
Similarly with the temple and street view of Mount Fuji this top could have been reduced to half the allowable time and still everyone would have had an ample opportunity to see everything that they wanted to.
I understand that there was a long distance to travel but perhaps the tour guide could have met the grew at an appropriate railway station closer to Mount Fuji. Too much time was spent on motorways.

The trip was truly enjoyable, well-organized and easy to follow.
Despite the unpredicatable weather, we stopped by Lake Kawaguchi and viewed the stunning Mt. Fuji and visited the famouse Arakurauama Pagoda. We also stopped at a place for lunch where we could enjoy a variety of foods and beautiful ponds. The trip was a wonderful experiece and our tour guide, Andy, was truly great-so patient, attentive, and knoweledgeble!
