We had lots of fun on the...

We had lots of fun on the canal tour. It is just super interesting to see how people live alongside the canal, to observe the patches of nature appearing between the buildings and to look at the beautiful temples and sculptures throughout the tour. There is lots of "wildlife" to spot during the boat ride, including fish, birds, turtles and water monitor lizards. We even saw a baboon-like monkey walking on the rim of an abandoned house's backyard. According to the guide, this individual supposedly fled its owner one day and has since been roaming through the suburbs of Bangkok. The stop at the little art market next to the canal was also very enjoyable. Our guide Joe was entertaining, infectious with his positive mood, and shared lots of knowledge about the canals. Throughout the whole journey, we felt very safe on the boat, even though the weather was quite windy that day. Highly recommend the tour, it was well worth its price.

Nice Tour

This was exactly what was advertised. We met in an outdoor area. We were a bit worried because there was a LOUD group of men (I think from the middle east) who were very obnoxious before the trip. That made us worry, but ‘Mama’ the tour leader kept tabs on it and the boat was large enough to space people out. Loved the cave canoeing and visiting James Bond Island. The lunch and dinner were both excellent.

They Promise And They Deliver

I've always faced difficulties during arrivals due to my weak passport, so I decided to splurge on this service to not waste another 1 to 2 hours and start my trip on a bad note. It was much better than I expected! Flam was my guide and he was lovely, finding me the moment I stepped foot into the airport. He helped me with the dreaded immigration queue, luggage, SIM Card switching, currency exchanging, and didn't leave me until I was comfy and set in a luxury MPV straight to my hotel. We zipped through the entire thing so fast it was unbelievable. It truly was in and out, I think immigration didn't even check my visa or digital card haha just gave me a stamp and sent me on my merry way

Guides and staff are so gracious and knowledgeable. The boat was new and clean and we felt we were in good hands the entire Time. The view was amazing and the weather was perfect. This is a must do when in Phuket. Also bring cash for the park fees. But if you need a towel or water proof case holder for your phone they have it at the marina (cash or card).

Well worth the money. Greeted me promptly straight after I arrived from aircraft. Carried my hand luggage and helped me find kiosk to buy eSIM for phone. Quickly arrived at fast track customs for entry then located and collected my luggage. Took me to the correct exit and found my transfer vehicle. Polite, helpful and very friendly and professional. Thoroughly enjoyed this zipline which I did with my children. The staff are very well trained and conscientious and great at putting everyone at ease. Two staff completed the course with us and they did all the hooking and unhooking of the equipment so we could relax. Highly recommend this and I think the extra ziplines on the gold experience are worth it.

Excellent service

Another VIP service I used made you walk to another gate to find them. I did not find them and no refund was offered However this company is spot on. Your attendant is waiting for you as you exit the air bridge with your name on a white board. They wear a teal colored sport coat and are easy to locate. Very professional and friendly chat as she escorts me to fast track immigration. No waiting lines and I am processed in 30 seconds I meet my attendant at the baggage claim. She will not let me pick up my luggage and insists she handle it. My bags are over 50 pounds and this petite lady pulls them off the carousel with ease. Off to customs and she says most like we will clear quickly. That night customs was inspecting many passengers. We were waved on through. Mind you she is pushing the heavy luggage cart the entire time. She then escorts me to my pick up point where a friend is waiting. I felt bad I did not tip her as I had no baht in hand. I do hope this company stays around. Their service is impeccable. I highly recommend their services.

Redeeming boarding passes was easy, and location was excellent. Buffet was good, with nice variety. We paid extra for drinks, which i hadn’t expected, but that’s fair. While venturing out to the Phi Phi Islands during the start of rainy season is probably not something most people would recommend due to the unpredictability of the weather, what I will say is that this tour likely became the highlight of our trip because of Yaya, the captain and crewmate, as well as the patience and generosity of the manager (I’m so sorry I forgot your name but you were so lovely in the brief time we spoke). For starters, the day was looking pretty bleak and dark, and with the cost of the trip in my mind, I was worried that it was going to be a total bust. The manager and team were super understanding of the situation, and gave us multiple options to assuage our concerns given the weather conditions. That alone was huge for us right there, as we didn’t feel locked into anything we didn’t want to do especially with factors outside of our control. We decided to go with one of the options which was venturing out to James Bond Island first and then deciding later whether to do Phi Phi Islands or not. Long story short, we ended up taking the risk and deciding to do Phi Phi Islands too, and thankfully we did — the weather cooperated with us just enough and cleared up even so that we could get the maximum potential of the trip. The boat ride and journey with Yaya and the team was fantastic — they were very attentive, knowledgeable, and overall just a lot of fun to be around. Let me emphasize that they helped to make the cost of the trip beyond worth it. There’s nothing quite like walking into Maya Bay, with the weather not only cooperating with us, but the beach almost being entirely cleared out and empty because of the time of the year we selected to go. Also, Yaya is an exceptional photographer and videographer — we have some pretty insane footage that we probably would not have been able to take by ourselves without her help. Highly recommend the tour and the team we were paired with.
