The Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill tour was very thorough and interesting. Our tour guide Francesca did a great job explaining the history and leading our group through all of the different areas. It is a longer tour, 3 hours but well worth it.

You must visit this!
Booking very straightforward and instructions and directions for collecting tickets and meeting Guide and rest of the group were very clear. Our Guide (Astrid) was delightful and had an encyclopaedic knowledge of the Colosseum and Forum and other features of Palentine Hill. Perhaps too much information on occasions and an assumption that we were all of the same 'level' and intellect but she was very considerate regarding finding shade in extremely hot conditions. An incredible experience!

Brilliant tour in peak Rome heat, these are the real deal.
Our tour guide was Aphrodite. The tour was at the end of June 2026, temperatures around 37C. The tour was excellent, lots of historical information, she shared rendered images of what the Colosseum, Roman Forum and Palatine Hill looked like when they were in active use. Plenty of breaks to take pictures and refill water. For people who want to hear about a bit of history as theyre looking around these types of sites, this is the operator to go for.
