What are people saying about Porto

Fun and relaxing trip between Porto and Lisbon
It is the ideal way to travel from Porto to Lisbon. The towns are all quite different from each other and all are very interesting and fun. My husband, my adult son, and I all agreed it was amazing and worth the cost. We arrived in Lisbon feeling happy after a great day rather than tired out from a long train ride. Our driver, Nelson, was extremely punctual, polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. He didn’t rush us at all and had great recommendations for lunch and treats. It’s not an inexpensive excursion, but we found it to be money well spent! We highly recommend Nelson and the experience.

Best Food Tour
João was an exceptional guide, very knowledgeable about the foods but also Portuguese history. I did the 10am tour and spent a fun 3.5 hours eating the most delicious foods and sampling local wines and port. Highly recommend this tour. You wo t be disappointed.

There's lots of tours....but take THIS one!
Amazing tour complete with a private boat ride and delicious lunch. Very small group of 8, so the tour felt intimate and personalized. There's a ton of vendors offering tours to Duomo valley, many with very similar itineraries, but this one was simply great. Yes, you pay a bit more to have a more exclusive tour, but being with the same 8 people all day made it so worth it. We arrived as strangers and by the end were exchanging numbers to swap photos from the day. It's worth the extra money.

Great private tour with Scotch the person not the whiskey
We took the private tour option, which was very nice. We got to spend time with a local guide who knew everything about the city. He was wonderful, informative and gave us great recommendations for dinner. The bookstore is not to be missed The boat tour was lovely also We got a great understanding of how to get around the city

Portugal’s second city not only delivers historical sights and culinary delights, but it’s also within easy reach of a UNESCO-listed wine region. Porto tours help you navigate the cathedral, convents, and colorful riverfront Old Town, plus take you further afield to explore vineyards and cruise down one of the country’s prettiest rivers. So whether you’re sampling port in atmospheric cellars, cycling along the promenade on an electric bike, or evening climbing to the top of an iron bridge, these Porto excursions are sure to enhance your trip.
