What are people saying about Paris

Great fancy family lunch on the Seine with views
We did this on one of our first day's in Paris as it is a nice orientation to the city. You will probably want to see the Eiffel tower on one of your first days anyway and the port for the boat is very close. Easy to find. We went as a family with 3 reasonable well behaved kids and it was great. Felt fancy. Worth getting a window seat (premier service?). This is a 3-4 course meal over 2 hours. They essentially go up the Seine each way and then come back so both sides of the boat get a view of key sites. There is a map on the table, but not a formal spoken tour guide. I think you can download an audio guide, but didn't try this. For appetizer, main, dessert, there were at least 4 choices in each category you could pick from. Also received kir and wine. Tip - if you don't finish you bottle of wine, ask to take it home. They should be able to cork it and give it to you. They have a photographer on board who will ask you to go outside and take some photos. Option to buy if you choose later in the boat tour. There is a bathroom on the boat. Boat is slow - no rocking. No concern for sea sickness. And it was air conditioned which was key in the Paris summer heat. A great way to see the city from the river with a nice meal included. I would recommend.

Exceptional Service for a Magical Evening
The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We loved the indoor check-in center which was clean and had air conditioning. The food and service was outstanding. I recommend Bateaux Mouches Dinner Cruises to everyone. It is on the expensive side but worth the extra cost.

Lovely evening with limitations
An excellent experience with lovely food and views. However, for so e reason we were the very last to get served even with Diamond status. This meant that our meal was very rushed at the end. Lots of waiting about at the beginning with very limted seating, not good for anyone who has a problem standing.

Nice option for first day of arrival if you are jet lagged!
Yes it sounds pricey, but it was worth it. Very nice clean boat with spotless large viewing windows. A table next to the window was ideal. A bit confusing finding the correct check-in spot (voucher said go to port 5 or 7 but there was no one working at port 5). Food was surprisingly good, boat departed and returned on schedule. You only get to choose one option for a bottle of wine per table (red or white). You cannot each choose red or white and the itinerary said you could choose champagne or kir as an aperitif but they only brought champagne. And the description said tea or coffee as available but they did not serve it until about 5 minutes from docking and the tea was served in a soup bowl not a teacup (no handle) so it was too hot to pick up without burning your fingers. Despite the few glitches, I recommend this trip.
