Unique travel experience
Fun experience! Easy to follow along and we were given such good guidance that we'll now be able to make our own pasta at home. Our instructor was helpful and personable. I took my 3 young adult children and they really enjoyed the experience. After our pasta cooked, we sat with the class and ate together, such a unique experience.

Perfetto Pizza
I had an absolutely fabulous time with Fabrizio making pizza and gelato (plus waffle cup). Fabrizio was very friendly, attentive, and simply a joy to have for the duration of the class from beginning to the end. Fabrizio made cooking fun and easy. What a wonderful experience. Definitely an A+ and I recommend this experience for everyone. Grazie mille Fabrizio! Buon appetito!

Dinner with friends!
We had a great time! Rafael opened his home for us and made us feel like we were having dinner with friends! At first, we had wine and bread with olive oil and balsamic. We made tagliatelle with butter and cheese sauce and with tomato sauce and completed our dinner with homemade tiramisu. Everything was delicious! It was something different from the normal "tourist" activities. I would definitely recommend it!

Fun AND Delicious!
This was so much fun - AND DELICIOUS! We enjoyed this experience from start to finish. Learning to make pasta and tiramisu from scratch was amazing. Laura is a great hostess & teacher - engaging, informative and fun! We had a blast and learned all that we set out to learn! Thank you Laura!

For a tasty alternative to a meal out in Milan, Milan cooking classes or aperitivo experiences can liven up an evening and give you culinary skills to take home. You can focus on traditional Milanese cuisine, learning to create ossobuco with a vibrant yellow risotto, or stick to dishes that represent classic Italy, making pizza, pasta, gelato, and tiramisu from scratch. Classes tend to be for private or small groups and have a friendly informal feel with professional chefs and Milanese locals revealing their tips.
