Chef Mateo was so wonderful! My husband and I took his pizza and gelato class…. It was hands on and wonderful instructions….. we loved the class and his style of teaching…. We highly recommend this class…. Plus the location was cool because it was on top of the Central Market which is truly something to see.

Buyer beware, rescheduling terms are rigid and non existent within the 24 hour window. We had an unexpected delay and arrived late. We were told by the instructor we could easily be rescheduled by contacting the number. That was not the case. Had we know that we could not actually reschedule, we would have stayed even if only to watch and not be hands on. They did eventually offer to rebook us for an additional 100 euros. This was frustrating and seemed a bit sketchy to me.
What a fun time learning to make pizza and gelato, with some Prosecco and meeting new friends! Our instructor was fabulous, patient, and funny. We learned new techniques and also get the recipes! Bonus for the
‘Certificate’ at the end of the class.
It was such a fun time, and you get to meet people from different parts of the world. Alfredo is such a funny guy, and the pizza and gelato were DELICIOUS. It was my first time making pizza, and it was great!
Highly recommend this if you’re in Milan and looking for something fun to do for an evening.
And there's also unlimited wine. I do not drink but everybody else did and they had fun!
Chef Alfredo was amazing! There was plenty of prosecco and laughter as we made pizza and gelato together. Looking forward to more memories to come as we recreate these recipes at home. Highly recommend a cooking class with your loved ones! Class was a little hard to find but it’s in the same building as Milan train station. Find Mercado Centrale and go upstairs (through the restaurants). Walk all the way to the end to find it. They do provide aprons and have a place to set your items down if you plan on doing it while you’re out and about exploring Milan.
The class was a lot of fun. The pizza and gelato were great and Alfredo did a really good job of keeping us all entertained while learning something about cooking. Highly recommend!
Fabrizio and Alfredo did such an amazing job. I went with my husband, but they did such a great job with the kids in the class including them. Definitely would recommend!
We were in a small class and learnt how to make pizza, waffles and gelato. Lots of fun, great knowledge from our host and very generous with drinks. The pizza was great and gelato too. Would highly recommend this class - great host.

Great experience, Mateo, the Chef is friendly and was able to share his knowledge in the italian cuisine very well. A must do in Milano. can wait to prepare pasta at home
This is one of the very best things we have ever done as a 'holiday experience'. A fabulous way to spend an evening and sort out diner plans all at the same time.
Matteo the chef was awesome - helpful and clear advice. He made sure everyone made something delicious. Cannot recommend this highly enough.

We really liked the pizza and gelato making class. Our instructor was so nice and patient, very engaging! Pizza is difficult because we did a quick rise with the oven which I was impressed by but then the dough isn’t as elastic. Overall fun group and we are glad we went!
Alfredo and Matteo were awesome! We had 2 young kids with us (4 and 2). They made them feel so special and not at all like a burden. Our daughter got to help make the gelato and she was at her height of glory. Our 2 year old was free but they still had all the materials out for him to make a pizza which wasn’t expected.
They gave amazing recommendations for the city which we put to use that day. The restaurants did not disappoint.
The location was easy to find, ingredients were too notch, as well as the wine! The chef was a great teacher and very friendly, overall a great experience!

Alfredo and Matteo were fantastic teachers! Good pace to the class, lots of helpful tips so we can make it home, and the food was delicious. Alfredo offered good tips on where to eat in Milan - when chefs like a place, it is a must try. Loved the free flowing prosecco and soft drinks. Best experience! Highly recommend the pizza and gelato class.

Plus we had 3 boys, ages 9, 10, and 11 and he gave attention to them so that they could follow his directions and enjoy the class .
It was so worth the experience for all .
Fabrizio was awesome and did a great job showing us what to do but also giving some history behind it all.

Fabulous experience with chef Matteo learning how to make pizza and gelato. Great instruction and help in a really great facility. Only hard part was finding it above the restaurants in the central station!

Enjoyable and entertaining. Alfredo is obviously skilled and was always encouraging and very clear in his direction. And cooking with others was fun - loved that part of our class had never heard of lemon zest. We will definitely be making pasta and pesto at home.
