Provider had stated vehicle would be comfortable 8 person Mercedes van and ended up providing a small Tesla vehicle…I had earlier on before I made reservations asked if vehicle was spacious enough since our group consisted of 4 & a foldable wheelchair and was assured vehicle would be a comfortable 8 seat van but once payment was made the story completely changed…….only good service was the driver;he did a wonderful friendly job since we was just a subcontractor & he had no idea we would be packed in the car like sardines,,,we made the best of the trip; but I get impression you get told lies because provider wants the business,,,,the is NOTHING luxurious about this type of tour; very unprofessional

Great Opportunity to see the sites!

We were dreading a 9 hour layover and found this little jaunt into London! Our driver Harmon took us to all the important sites. We got out once or twice to take some photos. It was great to see the city and stretch our legs! Would 100% recommend for the convenience. If you are from the US you’ll need to apply for an ETA (permission to enter the country) to leave the airport. Apply several days before you go.

Fun!

A little pricey for a short ride that was under the 20 minutes promised but the whole family agreed it was a lot of fun and a highlight of our trip! Louder music, a guide pointing out landmarks w some London Trivia when boat was going slowly and water bottles on the way out would've been a nice touch.

London in a day

This was just what we wanted. Lulian picked us up inside Heathrow and escorted us to his very nice 7 passenger van. From there, we toured the major London sites, basically following the itinerary. We could have modified and he was very accommodating. He took us back to our Heathrow airport right on time - I don’t know how that even happened because we didn’t feel rushed and it was pleasant. It was just what we wanted after flying all night but having one day to see the main sites.

A Nice Travel Day Out of the City

We had a wonderful day with Zaf. He picked us up in a spacious and clean van. As you travel to the various sights, he tells you the history and information about each. Then when you arrive, he allows you time to explore on your own. We were given ample time at each location. We chose to eat at the cafe at Stonehenge to allow us more time to explore Bath. If you have a sit down meal in Bath plus view the Roman baths, you will have limited time to explore the town. We did not view the Roman baths and have no regrets, though others may want to do this. We recommend this experience! Oh… and use travel sickness medication if needed as the roads will become winding. Overall, a great day!

Excellent historical facts—not too much, not too little (made a long story short). Excellent spots to see the different parts of the Changing of the Guard. Guide (Louise) had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable. Easy to book. Easy to find. Easy to communicate.

Worth the extra for flex fast track

The flex fast track ticket was worth the extra money. We didn’t have a wait at all (less than one minute) AND we got a capsule to ourselves which was completely unexpected and amazing! They didn’t tell us beforehand that the picture towards the end wasn’t working so we stood and posed for a picture for nothing, but otherwise it was fantastic!

Barry did an excellent...

Barry did an excellent job and we were very happy. Due to a State Dinner Windsor castle was closed unexpectedly so Barry was able to shift us to Hampton Court Palace which was just as good. He also drove us by Windsor to see the castle from the outside. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We really enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend him!
