An Unforgettable Experience with an Amazing Desert Sunset
This was truly an unforgettable experience! Our tour guide, Paulo, was very organized, provided clear instructions throughout the day, and did an excellent job managing and taking care of such a large group. We visited all the attractions exactly as described in the tour itinerary, and everything went smoothly. One of the absolute highlights was watching the breathtaking sunset over the desert dunes. It was such a magical and unforgettable moment! Paulo made the experience even more special by serving us wine while we enjoyed the beautiful sunset. It was the perfect way to end an amazing day. My only suggestion would be to allow a little more time in Huacachina to explore the town and take more photos around the beautiful oasis. It is such a unique place, and we would have loved to spend a bit longer there. Other than that, everything was well organized, and we enjoyed a pleasant and comfortable drive back to Lima. Overall, a fantastic and memorable experience that we would highly recommend! Special thanks to Paulo for his professionalism, excellent organization, and thoughtful touches that made this tour so enjoyable!

Enchanting night...
Enchanting night experience in Lima, Peru. Interesting being in the Catacombs while Mass was being held above in the church. Jean was a wonderful entertaining guide. Plaza mayor all lit up in different colors. Water fountain show was fun! Highly recommend this tour.

Great tour
A wonderful morning in the heart of Lima with a friendly and very knowledgeable guide. Everything went exactly as planned, from the hotel pick-up in the Miraflores district to tasting local specialties and visiting the city’s most important attractions.

Beautiful Scenery & Thrills
I did the Ballestas Islands + Pisco Tasking + Huacachina Dune Buggy day trip from Lima via Peru Hop and had a great time. Our guide, Pablo, was friendly and super helpful. The way they have it structured with the Whatsapp group and the texts throughout the day made things very clear and so that you don't forget things you need to pack. It was also a great value for everything we did and just how long the day is. The food pre-ordering also made it so that you never felt pressed for time to eat or find a food with your limited time in a location. Now, on to the actual day - The bus picked me up at my hotel and then we did the rest of the pick-ups before heading to Paracas. It was a smooth trip down. The Ballestas Island tour was great with some amazing fews and some animal sightings. The sky cleared up right as we got there and the water was stunningly blue. The pisco tour stop was fine, the food was decent and super hot, and the tasting was fun. I had never tried many of those drinks. The islands were great but the highlight really is the oasis and dune buggy. Unfortunately they assign you a buggy so if you've made any day friends during the earlier part, you're probably not seated with them. But you know what, it's a ton of fun anyway. It really is like a rollercoaster that someone is controlling. The scenery is beautiful and it's such a thrill, I loved it. Tips: Actually pack all the things they tell you to pack, plus a battery pack. I didn't bring mine because they said there would be USBs in the bus, but the one at my seat didn't work. Also pack some wipes for the sand after the last stop. You don't need your passport, just a photo on your phone in case. When you get to Paracas, don't bother with the paid bathrooms. Buy yourself an espresso (or a coffee) at Jaku Coffee for a couple of bucks and use their (probably) much nicer bathroom. Get in line so you sit at the front in the Ballestas Islands boat. The people in the back got so soaked. The tour guides put them under tarps for the crossing to/from the islands (about 25min) and they were still drenched. Be ready for a long time for hotel pick-up and drop-off. I unfortunately got earliest pick-up and latest drop-off because of my hotel's location (ugh, conference hotel for work) and it was an additional 90min on each end going to everyone else's stops.

With fantastic beaches to the west, ancient civilizations to the north and south, and rich culture in the city, Lima is anything but one-note. Expert guides can show you everything from the historical center’s grand architecture to the murals and artisan shops of Barranco. If you’re up for an excursion, head to the Huacachina Oasis for sandboarding or a dune buggy ride, or fly over the mysterious Nazca Lines while your guide explains the ancient geoglyphs. Whether you’d like to immerse yourself in the local art scene or taste Peruvian specialties like pisco and ceviche, Lima tours span all interests.
