What are people saying about Quito

Hummingbirds and more
Miriam was an excellent tour guide. Very personable; very knowledgeable; great communicator. This is a long day’s trip, but well worthwhile. Mindo is a fascinating town; and the hike to the waterfalls wasa great way to appreciate the biodiversity of the area. The hike back up to the cable car was a bit of an altitude challenge. Hummingbirds were spectacular, and the stop at the chocolate factory was educational and fun.

Must do!
This was an epic day out from start to finish! Dario was such a great guide - he communicated everything we needed to know from ridding the horses to climbing to the base camp. We will remember this day for a long time! Highly recommend this experience :)

We had an absolutely fantastic tour today with Daniel as our guide. Daniel was very flexible and accommodating of our preferences as a family, adjusting the timings etc to spend more time where we wanted to. He was a very informative but relaxed guide and we thoroughly enjoyed his company. We would highly recommend this tour and experience to anybody coming to Quito.

What a rich way to explore a small portion of Quito, while also getting a sense of so many foods, drinks, candies, and snacks! Vivi was such a delight of a guide, filled with amazing information, attentive to our needs, and also very thoughtful. I let her know that we had some time constraints, and with our small group, we finished timely. Also let her know we had visited one of the listed stops earlier, and she made a change that was well worth it.

Ecuador’s capital Quito is famous for its high altitude, colonial architecture, and for being a jumping-off point for ventures into nature. Quito tours help you explore the UNESCO-listed Old Town, visit the Mitad del Mundo monument at the equator, discover local markets and culinary delights, and take in views from the TelefériQo Cable Car. Plus, day trips to nearby attractions such as Cotopaxi Volcano and Mindo Cloud Forest offer adventures beyond the city.
