Auschwitz and Birkenau tour
Communication from guides was very good especially before the tour regarding pick up location and timing. Tour guide was very knowledgeable and kept us moving through the grounds and buildings. One thing we didn’t know is that Auschwitz is very crowded with multiple tours and we didn’t have much time to see the exhibits in the museum because they kept us moving pretty quickly. Our guide really brought Birkenau to life for us and we found it to be especially impactful.

Doskonały. Excellent
Minibus pickup was prompt. Small group.
Driver was Kacper. Pleasant young man.
Trips to Zakopane and the funicular railway went very smoothly with no gold ups. Lovely village. Weather was overcast up the mountain.
Thermal baths are something else. Massive. Kacper again had everything organised and we didn't have to queue at all.

Great tour for our Group
Our Catholic pilgrimage had an itinerary change and were not going to be going to Auschwitz after all, so we booked this for our free afternoon/evening. It was very convenient to be picked up at the hotel & the price was reasonable. Our guide at the camps was very informative and we really felt like we learned new information from him.

Get this trip booked!
If you get chance to do this trip please do it. It's a full day trip but worth it. We went up into the mountains, tasted cheese and drank vodka. Went in a cable car to see magnificent views! And so much more!
This trip was made so much better by our lovely guide, Milos, he was so informative and certainly knew his stuff! Such a lovely man and a credit to your company! Would not hesitate to book this again next time we come here

Wonderful Tour!
This tour was relaxing and informative. While we usually choose to bootstrap our day-trips, without taking this tour, we would not have been able to access some fun activities like the vodka/cheese tasting or learn about the area. Our guide was Mirek and driver was Lucas…great guys, very chill and friendly.

Fab tour!
It was very well organised, all staff were so friendly and made sure we understood what would happen. We were also offered an a organised pack up on the day, which I regretted not getting because the sandwiches looked fab! Michał was a great driver, Bartek organised everything very well and the tour guide at the camps was also great. Wouldn’t change a thing.

10/10 experience!
Amazing experience, so well organised and highly informative throughout.
I will say all people on our group said their time changed to earlier slots with some missing them. However, we went back to get those who’d missed it initially and if you keep an eye on messages there should be no issues. Communication from this company is fab, highly recommend!!

Auschwitz and Salt Mines from Krakow
From the pick up with Thomas we thoroughly enjoyed our experience! Recommend this tour as a combo if you have the 11ish hours 7:25-18:25 with transportation. The salt mines were amazing and our tour guide Lucyna very sweet and informative. Wojtek was our guide at Auschwitz and very knowledgeable. We learned a lot from him and answered all questions. Be prepared to walk and climb some stairs…. 850 steps down to Salt Mine (Lyft back up) and many ups and downs on the camp. Thanks again Thomas for a great drive and humor.

Amazing Day @ 3 Sites
Long day with amazing experiences at all three locations. As a history buff both camps were a bit overwhelming. The salt mine was a really cool experience and I was happy to see it first hand. Thomas was a great driver and took good care of us, going above and beyod.. The guide was really good but should have interacted with us earlier in the day to give us better insight into what we should expect for the day.

It's a LOOONG day, even longer if your group is not punctual
We loved our experience with Bart going to the Salt Mine first (2-2.5 hr tour) and then driving to Auschwitz (which took 1 hr 20 min), and then the combined Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour (4-4.5 hrs). All the English guides were informative, passionate about their respective topic, and open to answering additional questions. They were great about keeping a good pace, but keep in mind it might be intense for those who are not used to walking for long periods of time. I clocked about 20,000 steps between the 2 tours.
Sadly, due to waiting on people in the group, our break between the 2 tours was cut short and we only had 40 minutes to eat a quick lunch. The restaurant is the one on site at the Auschwitz 1 Memorial which has tourist prices ($25 USD for lunch, no beverage).
The tours are a bit longer, but it helps you appreciate the importance of each site and the history. I can't imagine having walked through any of those without a guide as it wouldn't have done it justice. I'd recommend for anyone who enjoys an educational experience while getting in some good steps.

Stairs were down. Site was beautiful.
The mine was educational, artistic, and beautiful. All but approximately 10 steps were going down. The floors were not slick. However, it definitely is a lot of walking. The guide was very good. It was great getting picked up in front of our hotel. The driver was very nice.

Not seeing something you are looking for?
Well-connected by road and public transport, Krakow is a perfect launch point for discovering other towns and cities in Poland. While you could set out on your own, booking an excursion that takes you around the country will help relieve the stress of planning. Day trips from Krakow include World War II-related sites—such as a former Nazi-operated concentration camp—and a UNESCO World Heritage-listed salt mine. It’s also possible to discover outstanding mountain scenery with a visit to the resort town of Zakopane in the Polish countryside, followed by a soak in the healing waters of a thermal bath complex.
