What are people saying about Hiroshima

Insightful Hiroshima Tour
Kevin was an amazing tour guide! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and was able to answer all the questions that our group had for him. I learned so much on the tour that I did not know about Hiroshima and the days before and after the bombing. It was very hot and sunny today, but he was intentional about making sure we were in the shade and had places to sit and time to rest for those who needed it. He also gave us recommendations for things to do and eat after the tour. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and one that I am glad I booked!

A great day trip
Chii-Chan was a fantastic tour guide. She explained a lot of interesting things and also presented them visually. A trip that can only be recommended, even though it was extremely crowded at the Peace Museum, but Chii-Chan cannot help that. Take the trip with her if possible.

A eye opening tour and beautiful
The tour started in Hiroshima. It was both a sad and beautiful experience. Seeing the peace park was amazing. The history inside the museum and all around was very sad but it’s taught and remembered in a beautiful way. We then went to Miyajima Island. The oysters caught locally were delicious. The Itsukishima shrine on the beach was legendary. Our guide took us to Daishoin Temple, which wasn’t expected but wow! It was my wife’s favorite temple on our two week honeymoon. Our guide, Sei was perfect! He had so much energy for being 80! We told him we hope to be in shape like him at that age. He grew up in Hiroshima and knew so much and where to go. A perfect day and weather too!

Excellent personalized tour!
Lucky was an incredible tour guide. She was as very communicative and gave us clear instructions to meet up. We had to be back at our cruise ship by a certain time but wanted to do the Peace Park and museum on our own first, and Lucky tailored the tour to Miyajima perfectly. She also took us to eat oysters and conger eel—highly recommend booking if you like seafood!!

Many Hiroshima tours focus on the city’s World War II-era history, with guided visits to attractions like the UNESCO-listed Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park and the Atomic Bomb Dome. But the city hasn’t let itself be fully defined by tragedy. A local guide can help you navigate modern Hiroshima and learn more about the city’s rich culture. Activities like tea ceremonies, food tours, and day trips to see the famous Itsukushima Shrine in Miyajima can show you all that the city has to offer.
