Interesting tour with Ghani who was very knowledgeable and able to provide great insights as to what happened on both the day the bomb was dropped and what happened afterwards. Would recommend.
Ghani, our guide, was very knowledgeable about Hiroshima and was an excellent host! I learned a lot today that I did not already know. Additionally, I injured my knee recently and have trouble with stairs. Ghani made sure to slow down so I could keep up, and pointed out elevators, when available. He made sure I didn’t miss a moment of the tour. He also recommended a fantastic place to shop and eat dinner. I’m very glad we were able to be part of his group today.
We were blessed to have Cva as our tour guide. Clearly an impressive young man who was able to put a human face to such an inhumane event.
Ample time at different spots. Intentional and thorough information. Very good guide… yet a lack of emphasis of Japan being the wartime aggressor who wanted to subjugate the world along side Germany.
Shiraz was knowledgeable and gave us a great perspective of this important historical site. Well worth the visit

Sheraz was a phenomenal guide. He brought so much information and history to the tour that I felt I walked away with much more knowledge about Hiroshima than I had started off with. He was sociable as well which is always a plus.
It was an oppressively hot day but our tour was lovely. Our guide was thoughtful about stopping to chat in the shade and to give us the time and space to enjoy each stop. He had many fascinating facts and because he was a PhD candidate in Chemical Engineering, he had a deep and thorough knowledge of the technical aspects of the history of Hiroshima and the bombing during WWII.
Go early in the morning before the crowds get big. We started at 9am. I wouldn’t have started any later than that.
My son and I came to Hiroshima from Kyoto by train for the day and wanted to maximize our time so we booked a walking tour. Sheraz was an excellent guide. He explained everything very well and made the trip enjoyable. We were honestly were not sure if it would be worth the trip from Kyoto, but after the tour decided we were glad that we came.

He was very patient especially when we wanted to stop and take photos. He did everything in a kind and thoughtful way, which made the tour even more enjoyable.
