Very interesting your. It was great to get some basics before touring the park. And the guide told us which places to come back to for photos as we could stay in the park after the brief tour. Would recommend!! Our guide Catherine was great!

Another Gaudi masterpiece. Our guide, Phillipe was fantastic. He really seemed to enjoy his time educating us on how this wild place came to be and Gaudi's vision behind the park's layout and look.

It was great. We would do it again. The guide was very knowledgeable and organized. Plan to go to Sagrada Família the same day as there is time for both. They are both short tours and close to each other. You don’t need a whole day for each of them.

If I could rate less than a one star I would. Meeting location kept leading me into the park. And the alternative location they sent in WhatsApp i couldn’t even locate it. By the time I received the bus stop location which is different and wasn’t provided in the email or on the app it was too late. Requested to reschedule or a refund and was denied.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify that all meeting point details were sent in advance through the booking confirmation, including a detailed map and an instructional video that customers are asked to review before arriving.
Our customer service team also assisted you in real time and provided an alternative reference point to help you reach the meeting location. Unfortunately, despite these efforts, you arrived at the wrong entrance and were unable to reach the meeting point before the group departure time.
As the tour operates on a strict timed-entry schedule, late arrivals cannot be accommodated, rescheduled, or refunded once the group has entered.

I was a few minutes late and not allowed to enter, with no option to reschedule, it was very disappointing.

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your disappointment and would like to clarify that a detailed message with the meeting point instructions was sent in advance, clearly advising all participants to arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled tour time.
As a goodwill gesture, the guide waited an additional 2 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time. However, due to the strict timed-entry schedule and group tour policies, late arrivals unfortunately cannot be accommodated, rescheduled, or refunded once the group has entered.

Gema was a good and knowledgeable guide. The headset worked very well to hear the guide. The view and scenery were very impressive. Google said the route to the park on foot is relatively flat, not true it's up a mountain and it took us to the exit gate on completely the wrong side of the park. We had to hike back down part of the way to get over to the entrance on the far side. Do yourself a favour take the subway system or a cab to get near the park.

Brilliant staff member. Shirt guy with bald head. Funny chap. Showed us all the amazing sites and gave us the facts.
Wife and I walked to the park from La Rambla which was an hour away. We got there about 9am for our 10am trip. We were very fortunate and allowed to join the 9:30 tour

The park is wonderful, and the atmosphere is amazing! However, our guide was very unenthusiastic and not dynamic at all. It felt like he just wanted to finish the tour quickly and leave. My friend and I honestly did not enjoy that part of the experience.
I think he could have been more energetic, friendly, and engaging with our group.
After the tour, we stayed longer to enjoy the rest of the park and walk around by ourselves, which helped us appreciate the place much more.

Our guide, Philip, was such a fun and knowledgeable tour guide. The park also is breathtaking and has an amazing view of the sea. I would definitely book this tour becauae you learn so much about the history. They give you ear pieces to help hear your guide as well, which helps. When we went, tickets were sold out for the day for the park. So I was really glad I bought the tour. Apparently thay happens often.

Our tour was with Txell and she was great - she had great knowledge of the Park and its history. Took us to some great parts of the part and even helped us with taking photos. The tour was very interesting and taking the tour helps to put all of it into context.

Check in was very organized and the headsets worked well to hear throughout the Parc. Dan provided a really good overview of the history and significance of Parc Guell and then we had plenty of time after to wander on our own to revisit spots. This tour was well-paced and informative, highly recommend.

I should’ve checked this before signing up, but this was a very large group size which made it feel like a more rushed, impersonal experience.
The tour guide was very knowledgeable, but had a very quiet and monotone voice which made it difficult to understand or feel engaged with what he was saying.

We are thankful to have been able to get into the park last minute through this opportunity. If we did it again and brought friends, we would do so but then leave the tour immediately so that we wouldn’t have to go at the slow pace of the tour. Hardly any relevant facts were provided, a few opinionated connections between architecture and its emotional impact, and the guide did not think about his levels—they were uneven and either made the tour too hard to hear or so loud our ears ached. I would not pay this much money unless you are desperate to get into the park last minute:

We took a taxi via uber. They have a taxi stand right next to the door by the tourist bus stops so the video the agency sent to find the meeting point was perfect after I explained to the taxi driver that the application seemed to take me to a different entrance he just knew. The tour guide was great! She gave us little headphones so we could all hear the stories and she took us to all the main points in the huge Parc. It was easy on the legs and knees which was a concern for us! Totally recommend!

If you are late you may NOT join another group, nor do you get a refund, nor can you use the tour ticket for entry to the park.
Traffic, caused by an unexpected 10k city race, had us blocked in and very difficult to find a taxi. This caused us to be 08 minutes late at the park gate. We were visiting from the states and had planned this trip for a long time and had pre paid long ago. We are simply out that money and experience.
Very disappointed that there was not an alternative.
