Make sure the tickets are really available Was overbooked so when went to get tickets there were not any for ys

Beautiful, so much history, yet very well handled by using the audio guide. Although the audio guide was in no particular order as in relation to the artifacts and displays. Was much easier to sit and listen, then walk around and recognize what you had heard. Ticket was worth it, would recommend.
Line moved quickly, beware for individuals attempting to cut line and attemt to circumvent the queue to gain entry before you and your party claiming there are 2 lines.

I will likely never use Viator to purchase tickets again. Rather than tickets, what I received was a voucher to purchase tickets a remote location. I waited in the “priority entry” line for 15 minutes only to be told what I had been given was not a ticket. Moreover, my supposed reserved entry time was meaningless. Rather than to walk to the remote location to redeem my voucher for tickets, we instead got in another line and just purchased general entry tickets. The my purchase through Viator was a complete waste of money and, in my opinion, I was misled.

I received a message from the venue the night before the tour telling me that our places were cancelled due to overbooking. I messaged Viator for a refund and have received nothing from them except automated messages telling me the event is about to happen and then asking for a review.

Excellent place to visit although queue was quite long it didn't take long to get in. The audio guide is very useful as it tells you about the history of the pantheon
Josh_P, Mar 2026
Worked great. Picked up our tickets 2 blocks from the pantheon. No wait to pick up tickets, no wait to go inside. Audio guide was good.
CARMEN_C, Jan 2026
don't waste your money! better off buying directly from the Pantheon. we paid 3x what would have cost directly with the museum AND the audio did not work
Ricardo_P, Dec 2025
The tour let us to visit the most iconic places in central Rome, and the information provided by the guide enriched the experience.

It was easy to get in with pass. Just one building. Easy to see and great experience to do. We enjoyed the site and the views.
Savannah_L, Nov 2025
One of my favorite experiences during our trip! The audio guide you have to pick up about 5 minutes away, read fine print on ticket for address! The fast track is the way to go we didn’t have to wait in line. The pantheon is spectacular!!!
Todd_N, Nov 2025
The Raphael commentary was hilarious and interesting! It was well laid out with the audio tour I had a great exoeroence

I felt like the audio tour was missing portions. There were sections and parts of the pantheon that we had no clue what they were while they were there or the history of them.
Beverly_H, Nov 2025
It was so easy & convenient to take the voucher to the place to pick up our audio guide & a very short walk to the pantheon.
It was a lovely experience.
Thank you Viator for your professional & trusted help.
It was an amazing place! And we loved touring at our own pace.

You pick up tickets and leave an ID to secure the guides. The walk is about 5 minutes away dependent on walking speed. Middle queue is sometimes large but goes so quickly as its just scanning a ticket and you are in. The guide is really interesting and talks about the history of each area. The sound can be dodgy so you might need to move your headphones around until the sound is right but overall a good experience

A great way to see the Pantheon! I was a little nervous at first having to pick up the ticket and guide off-site, but that proved to be a benefit! The Pantheon, and the area around it, is packed with people! Having got the tickets on our way made it so much easier once we got there. The skip-the-line looked big but moved very quickly!
Gill_M, Nov 2025
It would be so much better to send tickets to us directly. The queue at the bookshop was lengthy and we had to return our headsets to the same place, another lengthy queue.
Even with the tickets we had to queue at the Pantheon.
So much for ‘skip the queue’
The Pantheon itself however was a high light..
Patrick_M, Nov 2025
The audio guide was perfect 👌 the audio pick up was 5 minutes away from the
Pantheon. The line they ask to get in moved fast. It took us 50 min to finish, we even restarted some parts to get a better understanding of certain things. Fantastic place with a wonderful history.
Karen_M, Oct 2025
You can’t just walk in and view the Pantheon, you need to hear the stories and information available through the audio guide.
Maryann_S, Oct 2025
I enjoyed the self guided audio tour. It lets you experience the site at your own pace and was very informative.

Definitely wear comfortable shoes because it’s a 3 hour tour and a lot of walking. If you have trouble with stairs, there is an elevator in the Colosseum but not Palatine Hill or Forum. We signed up for the underground experience but due to work being done in that area, our tour was changed to above ground and floor level. We arrived at the meeting point early because of this switch just in case there might be a problem. The person holding the flag was about 20 minutes late. Also, the flag was so small, we almost missed him. Our Tour guide was a different person. I believe her name is Marianna. She was fabulous! Great sense of humor, very knowledgeable and fun. It was a small group of about 20 people.
Lisa_M, Oct 2025
Pickup of tickets was just a few minutes away from the Parthenon and easy to find. The audioguides worked perfectly and were very informative. One of the best things we did in Rome.
Yvonne_H, Oct 2025
This was an amazing audio self guided tour of the Pantheon. The presence was so peaceful. The only thing I didn't like was having to retrieve our actual tickets from a different location other than on-site of the Pantheon. But the office where we had to pick up tickets was only a 5 minute walk.
William_A, Sept 2025
We did the audio tour which was full of great historic information and context. The highlight was Raphael’s crypt.
Donna_C, Sept 2025
Finding the location for the tickets was difficult and frustrating.we had other tours with you and didn’t have this trouble.
Pamela_N, Sept 2025
This was the easiest tour we did. So much history. Even though we had skip the line tickets we arrived before the Pantheon opened so we stood in the fast track line and were all the way out to the fountain. Once the doors opened it moved super quick and we collected our audio guide inside and spent over an hour, taking our time since this was the one must see on our list. The audio was entertaining and informative.
Deirdre_O, Sept 2025
I expected the ticket collection point to be at the Pantheon, or at least close by, but it was about a 10 min walk away.
We were instructed by which entrance to join to gain access. It was the longest queue, so the "skip the queue" didn't work well. That said, it didn't take too long to get inside.
The stand for audio equipment collection was inside and to the left.
The audio tour was very good. It was narrated through different characters points of view. It was very interesting and humorous at times.
The building and interior are stunning and well worth a visit.
I would certainly recommend an audio or guided tour for this attraction.
Patrick_L, Sept 2025
It was just alright. Basically walked around on your own and listed to narration. Which we expected, but thought it would be a little more informative and interesting.
Juan_S, Aug 2025
DONT BUY! STORE to redeem ticket was closed and dis not leave clear instructions. The vouchers don’t work as they need to be converted to actual tickets! And if the store is closed you’re not getting in. Also the tour doesn’t have a sign or uniform and there was at least 20 other tour groups at The Pantheon. This really let me down as me and my fiancé were really looking forward to the pantheon for our honeymoon. This place ruined our first day.
Reem_K, Aug 2025
If you really wish to take in the beauty of the displayed art. This is an absolutely rushed useless tour.
Stephanie_T, Aug 2025
Easy to book. Tickets are collected from a little shop a few mins walk from the Pantheon. Easy to find with Google/imaps. A bit of queue, but nothing major. Fast track tickets and great audioguide.
Yes, you can probably do this cheaper by buying official tickets in advance and then an audioguide once inside, but this does remove a layer of hassle.
The building is truly breathtaking and an audioguide is needed to understand what you’re looking at. I would recommend
