Sky Garden is a cashless venue. Photo ID is requested for access (challenge 25).
The Sky Garden balcony is closed everyday after 6:00pm for security reasons.

The Larch restaurant is not at top of sky garden and across street at bottom. NOT at top. Viator are False advertising and conning people. There is a restaurant at top called Fenchurch restaurant. Dont be fooled by this con used by viator.

The sky garden was beautiful! Had tickets for 630 at the larch. We got in around 615. The wait staff was friendly but our waitress was very slow at helping us. Watched 3 groups come in after us and leave before us. Didn't get out of there till almost 8 which was way too long for only a small 2 course meal. It was very good food. but the tickets for the sky garden started at 730. Line to get into there was long. Didn't actually get in there till almost 830

I have lived and worked in London since 2012. I watched this building being built but have never ever thought of going there. I had a special event happening over the weekend and decided to explore the sky gardens and restaurants with my daughter. We weren’t disappointed. What a lovely space with great views. We ate in one of the restaurants and again we weren’t disappointed. I would highly recommend a visit.

Not worth the money!

I honestly don’t think our trip was worth the money at all. The food at The Larch was fine, but we ended up standing around for 30 minutes waiting to get up to Sky Garden, only to find out that we needed a table reservation, so we couldn’t sit anywhere. The music was so loud that we couldn’t talk to each other, and the back and highest area of Sky Garden was closed off. We spent maybe 10 minutes up there before going back down again. It was a very disappointing experience and definitely not worth the money. I think it would be fair if we were refunded half of the amount. We definitely won’t be booking this again.

We booked the package “Sky Garden Access + 2-course dinner at Larch Restaurant” and were very disappointed overall. The food in the restaurant was unfortunately only average. It was not bad, but for around 120 € including drinks absolutely not appropriate.
