Had a great experience on...
Had a great experience on this tour. We met at Saint-Lazare Station, where the groups were established, we met our guide, and we boarded the train to Versailles. A short walk from the station to the palace and then we sailed through entry to begin the tour. Our guide Ifi was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Can't Miss!
this was hands down the best tour I've ever done! Dave was the ultimate guide. Warm, knowledgeable, attentive and funny, he made our trip. only 1% of tourists get to see this side of the palace and we were so lucky to have gotten to experience all of the gorgeous historical grounds of Versailles. 100% would recommend!

Versailles.....a day to remember
Our driver to Versailles was on time, afabulous driver and friendly. We had a wonderful guide who was happy to answer questions and so knowledgeable on the history of the palace and the Royal families. She kept us moving along but we didn't feel rushed. Would recommend booking le Petite train ticket at least one easy of you are going to grand palace, le Petite palace or the Queens hamlet to save your legs, particularly if hot. We've booked a number of tours through viator on this holiday snd all have been excellent. We did the full day tour and that time was needed to visit the Queens hamlet.

Versailles
Our guide. Joachim, aka Joe, was awesome. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was very funny. We enjoyed his commentary very much. He took us through part of the house and then we were free to wander the gardens, find something to eat, or explore the house on our own. The transportation was prompt, clean, and air conditioned. It was a great excursion!

Just outside of Paris, Versailles’ claim to fame is its 17th-century Palace of Versailles, the over-the-top gilded residence of Louis XIV. Tours of this UNESCO World Heritage Site often depart from Paris and include transportation, but you can also opt to meet your guide right in town and head off to explore together. The most popular Versailles tours involve exploring the palace and its opulent gardens on foot, but you can also opt for a tour that allows you to zip around in a golf cart instead.
