It was a fun time...

It was a fun time learning how to make pizza from scratch and using fresh ingredients. Got to learn how to flatten dough and throwing in the air without ripping it. Pizza was very tasty. They also gave us fresh mozzarella and ham, limoncello and dessert all made fresh from the farm. Delicious!

This was a great...

This was a great experience. Marcella was an amazing guide with 20 years experience and more importantly connections where you need them. We were able to see Blue Grotto with short wait due to her expertise. She was relaxed and pleasant but beyond efficient. Note you go with her on ferry with masses but boat tour to Blue Grotto private with 20. Unable to do chair lift due to crowds so it’s an option not guaranteed. All that being said … well worth it to do.

Capri Small Group Tour with Marcella

We had an amazing day touring all that Capri island offers and Marcella was the perfect host, she kept us so organized, informed and ahead of potential lines! In addition to our amazingly tidy tour of Blue Grotto, we saw Anacapri with easy strolling, rode the chairlift to the top of the island with no wait times and had plenty of time to check out the Capri highlights and more. She worked so passionately and knew instinctively how to keep our small group going so we didn’t miss a thing. This has to be your tour, so professional and organized!

Delicious Italian dishes made simple giving confidence to try it back home.

A friendly and relaxed atmosphere with a very knowledgeable and talented chef. After meeting at a nice hotel in downtown Sorrento we went on a bus ride to a remote facility to prepare our pasta and tiramisu dessert. We made the pasta and stuffed the pasta making ravioli then made dessert. Each person then gets their specific meal back finished in the kitchen by the chef. Very enjoyable afternoon and meal. Tour ends by a return bus ride to Sorrento.

Francesco was the perfect guide! He took the time to ask what we wanted to see and then knew exactly where to go and when to leave so we could avoid the crowds. He was a wonderful driver and such a joy to spend the day with—funny, kind, warm, and so easy to talk to. By the end of the day, we honestly felt like we had made a friend! Even after our tour was over, Francesco sent us recommendations for our next cruise stop, even though he certainly didn’t have to. That kindness meant so much to us. This was easily our favorite day and excursion of our entire cruise, and Francesco made it unforgettable. We’ll carry the memories of the places we saw and the time we spent with him for a long time. Our favorite part of Italy!

From the booking to the drop off, everything was well organized and communicated. Marco, our driver, was very accommodating and an excellent communicator. His English was great and he kept us safe in the miles of driving along tiny crowded streets and winding cliffside motorways. He was very knowledgeable and we appreciated all the education info he provided along the way. The best part was his flexibility. From the start he wanted to make the trip exactly what we were expecting. Since we hadn’t done any research in advance we didn’t have specific points of interest but we welcomed his recommendations. The original booking was for the Amalfi Coast but after discussing with Marco, we only hit one town in the coast then stopped for an olive oil tasting at a local farm and then on to Sorrento, which ended up being our favorite town of all the places we went in Italy. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!
