Great tour with exceptional staff

Exceptional customer service. Kamil, Olaf, and Kaja have been absolutely amazing. We had a great time trying Polish Vodka and Cheese in the Highlands of Chochołow, Kamil had the minibus in great spirits. The views from Zakopane and the thermal baths were spectacular, nothing felt rushed and the Kamil was always there if needed. We had a member of our party fall ill and he did everything he could to help, even organising a later bus back to avoid paying for a taxi if we wanted. Also I left my watch at the thermal baths accidentally when changing my shoes and together Kamil and Olaf made sure that I was able to receive my watch back, even delivering it to our hotel by hand!!! The service has been way above and beyond anything I would’ve expected. I highly recommend the tour, but also the staff. They have truly been amazing!

A wonderful experience

Our tour guide Wester is amazing! He goes above and beyond giving us the best experience we could have. He even bought us mangoes to keep when we are asking for one. Horse back riding is a plus to me. He makes sure somebody stays with me and guiding the horse so I would feel comfortable and have the best experience. Market tour is good too. I’ve learned a lot of local spices and fruits. I highly recommend him

So fun, would definitely do again!

We had such a great time on this excursion! Everything was well organized and the atmosphere was really fun from start to finish. The staff were friendly and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying themselves. It’s definitely one of those experiences you’d want to do again—it went by so fast because we were having so much fun. I would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting!

Highly recommend. What a great time driving through their culture, you experience their coffee, tea, natural products and are able to purchase them as well. The beach is beautiful and the cave pretty cool too. Make sure to wear closed shoes and you will get dirty but that's all apart of the experience. Mr. Panda our tour guide did an amazing job and our photographer along the way A+

Great time!

I was solo traveling and this was a great time! Well organized and the double decker catamaran was comfortable and only had maybe 15 people. Saw tons of fish snorkeling and they kept the drinks flowing the whole time. So much so that I can’t remember all their names other than Ana the bartender because she was really cute 🤣

Worth every penny, plus!

This was the best excursion ever. The monkeys where so soft and cute. I was so excited, I didn't even try to take pictures. Wish I would have. At least my family did. The zipline was also great fun. We climbed higher and higher. It was a good work out. Do wear your helmet, and pay attention. This monkeyland zipline excursion was worth every penny of $130.00 plus more. I loved it!

Great Experience

We had an amazing time on this excursion! The buggy ride was definitely the highlight—so fun, adventurous, and a little muddy in the best way. The trails were exciting and gave us a chance to really enjoy the scenery. The horse ride was just as great, very relaxing and peaceful, with beautiful views along the way. The staff was friendly, helpful, and made sure we felt safe the entire time. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly. I would highly recommend this excursion to anyone looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation!

Awesome tour and company

This was an amazing experience from beginning to the end. The crew were excellent. Driving/riding the buggy was so much fun. Getting covered in the mud made it even more exciting. Make sure to wear old clothes, water shoes, goggles, bandanda. Also bring cash just in case you want to make any purchases since there are a few stops along the route. It was just myself and husband and I in our buggy, so we had a 2 seater, but there were also families in a 4 seater buggy with younger kids. I definitely recommend this tour and company.

I had an excellent time at El Dorado Water Park in Punta Cana. The park was clean, well-maintained, and offered a great variety of attractions for both relaxation and excitement. The slides were thrilling, the lazy river was perfect for unwinding, and there were plenty of areas to just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. It can be a little confusion because most of the workers does not speak English, Overall, it was a fun and memorable experience, and I would definitely recommend El Dorado Water Park to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

Fun time with family and friends- loved the slide especially!

There was a change to the leave time which we were notified about in the morning of the event - it worked out well giving our group time to relax. The crew also asked at that point if we were celebrating anything which we were (and engagement) so the crew said they would bring champagne. When we arrived the champagne was not there so they went back to shore to retrieve along with a photographer who took pictures of the afternoon which we loved having. The water was too rough to enjoy the snorkeling but we especially enjoyed the slide and the sand bar areas.

We had a great time with Gary and Reginial!! Our photographer "Peek at u" took amazing pics of us. We did buggy, beach, horse and cave- half day tour. Wish the horse ride was longer not a quick ride from the beach back to the buggy( 10 min or so) overall great would do agai!!
