My experience at Viator Boat Party in Dominican Republic was absolutely AMAZING! From start to finish, everything was organized, fun, and unforgettable. The staff was friendly, energetic, and made sure everyone had a great time. The music was perfect, the vibes were unmatched, and the scenery out on the water was beautiful. Drinks, dancing, and great energy all day long! If you’re visiting DR and looking for a fun experience, I highly recommend booking this boat party. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

Wonderful trip — highly recommend! We’re a family of six (two adults, a 17-year-old girl, a 14-year-old boy, and two 12-year-old boys), and we were looking for a small-group experience with great snorkeling — definitely not a “party boat.” This trip exceeded expectations. The boat is a fairly large catamaran, but our group was just our family plus one other couple, which made it feel relaxed and uncrowded. Our guide, David, was engaging, knowledgeable, and great with the kids. The captain, Mitchell (spelling?), was also friendly and clearly very capable. We started with a snorkeling stop that was fantastic. Even though the main area had a lot of tourist boats, David jumped in with us and guided us away from the crowds. He pointed out all kinds of interesting things — a live conch, a sand dollar — and even gave us fish food so the fish would come right up to us. He also spent time teaching the kids about the different fish, which they loved. One of the highlights was seeing a coral reef “farm,” where coral is being grown on an underwater rope system to help restore reefs over time. I really appreciated David’s focus on the environment, which seemed consistent with the broader appreciation for nature we saw throughout the DR. The second stop was more of a hangout spot — shallow water near a beach with other boats around. The kids got to paddleboard, and David didn’t just hand them equipment — he jumped in and played football with them, which they thought was great. Even with a number of boats nearby, it didn’t feel overly crowded and still felt very family-friendly. On the way back, David pointed out several sea turtles, which was a really cool bonus. The trip lasted about four hours and included sodas, snacks, and alcoholic drinks that David made. Overall, we loved this experience — especially as a family that wanted to avoid a party-boat vibe. Our resort had tried to steer us toward what felt like a very controlled, almost artificial snorkeling setup, and we’re so glad we didn’t take the bait (pun intended). I’d book with David and this company again in a heartbeat.

This was a great experience. The DJ was on point and played whatever we requested. The photographer was phenomenal. The water was beautiful even though we chose not to get in. We had an amazing time and would definitely do it again. My friend is heading to the D.R. next month and I have already recommended that she book this private catamaran cruise. Do it! Book the cruise!

It was a great way to start off our vacation, pros: great way to meet new people ( all ages and ethnicities were on board), communication was good between myself and company, staff was nice,helpful & attentive, music selection was good( mix between American hiphop,reggae , Caribbean, etc.) Price for the excursion was good for the experience. Stayed a while in the last location where the turn up really happened. Cons: unless you have water shoes all shoes are removed ( so basically majority of people were barefoot on the boat) drinks were watered down however they were unlimited so you will eventually start to feel it. ( premium liquor is a surcharge but thats not a con just FYI, rum and vodka, water & spirits unlimited). As far as food after all that liquor fruit is the only thing served( & the fruit wasnt fresh tasted spoilage, however, there is people selling food on the water between $20-$40), you do have the option to snorkel but only for 15-20min . Recommendations:( as a customer) bring water shoes, Would we do it over again yes 100 times over.

This was an excellent experience! We’ve done buggies before and enjoyed it, but this was a great time! Felix was our guide and he was funny, kind, and ensured everyone was safe and had fun. The equipment was clean (well, on departure… lol) and reliable, no one in our group had any problems. If you book, ensure you wear clothes/shoes that can be potentially ruined due to dirt/mud. Gators or bandanas are helpful, they sell them if you don’t bring or forget your own. They offer multiple options for vehicles, 4/2/1 seaters, being buggies, or ATVs. Great experience! Book without any hesitation!

I had an absolutely amazing experience on this ocean excursion in the Dominican Republic, and it was truly one of the highlights of my trip. From the moment we stepped onto the yacht, everything was well organized, comfortable, and enjoyable. The boat itself was spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing while cruising on the beautiful blue ocean. The atmosphere on board was lively and fun, and we spent a great time enjoying the sea breeze, music, and the stunning views around us. What made the experience even more special was the guide. The guide was very friendly, professional, and enthusiastic, making sure everyone felt comfortable and entertained throughout the journey. We were taken to a small island, which was absolutely beautiful. The island had clear water, soft sand, and a relaxing vibe that made it easy to forget about time. We had so much fun exploring the island, taking photos, swimming, and simply enjoying the scenery. Both on the yacht and on the island, we felt happy, relaxed, and well taken care of. This tour perfectly combined adventure, relaxation, and fun. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic—it is truly unforgettable.

We had a great time on the bugglies, in the cave and at the beach. There were 6 of us in 3 buggies. It rained just before our excursion so it was extra muddy. We were the only ones at the cave and had lots of time to swim. Another group arrived just as we were leaving. The only part of the excursion we disliked was during the tour they really harass you to buy things from them. They even chase you down to your buggie. They were relentless. They also told us not to buy from the little stores when we first arrived. I wish I purchased from them because they were kind and did not harass us.

I booked this excursion for Labor Day 2025, and was pleased overall with the outcome. Luis Miguel was our tour guide and he was very sweet and kind with our group. He also helped us with the “hecklers” in the area whenever we would stop for an activity. I was unable to drive the atv(my glasses couldn’t fit under the goggles) but was able to ride with the mechanic which was neat. I would recommend this excursion to anyone.
