A great day - see two major sights in one day

A great day - well organised. Pickup area was 5 mins walk from where we stayed (due to no cars allowed in area we were based). Good communication with clear walking instructions were to meet. Driver was good and got us to both locations on time. Important to note that he was really jsut a driver, not the tour guide. In both places you are handed over to the official guides that take you round - nothing wrong with this at all, if anything you get a more professional service. But it would have been good if the driver had maybe spoke a little about the history of Krakow, etc as we were driving between places. Not that important really, but it would have made him more than just a driver and would have added to the trip. Its a long day, but actually, both tours are broken up well by the drive between then, You feel like you get a good amount of time to recharge before heading out again.

An emotional but excellent experience

It was a very emotional tour, the topic is obviously very hard hitting - however it was a positive experience. The bus driver and bus guide where excellent, the tour guide was amazing and very knowledgeable she even gave us all a list of books and films that are historically accurate for more information on the camps. Excellent experience all round.

Great trip

Well organised trip, picked us up from hotel on time and dropped us back. Zakopane was beautiful. Journey was comfortable and tour guide was helpful and pleasant. We went to alternate spa to one advertised as it was closed for refurbishment, but it was a lovely thermal spa and didn't feel like we missed out.

Excellent communication. Being picked up at the VRBO where I was staying was a plus. Offered lunch for a reasonable price, and it was plentiful and good quality. Van was comfortable. Being in a small group made it easy to move through the sites. Jakub was our driver; he did an excellent job, made sure everyone was taken care of.

Miss informed

Would recommend the trip to see the salt mines but check first on the transfers and payments for the mine as I was conned payed of this site but it only covered the transfers and not dropped off at the bus station which was a 20 minute walk back to my hotel ,then had to pay separately for the tour ,which was amazing

A Long Day

The day before we were advised of 05:30 pick-up. Driver was punctual. After about 1.5 hrs we arrived at Auschwitz. We were handed off to a licensed Auschwitz guide who stayed with us for the next 3 hrs. The tour was emotional & sad & at times felt rushed. We appreciated the guide’s knowledge, passion & very good English.

A somber, yet important, experience about the tragic history of Auschwitz-Birkenau that I wish every person could experience to never forget these tragedies. Tomasz was our driver for the day. He was incredibly kind, courteous and respectful. It’s a long, exhausting morning so I greatly appreciated him dropping us off at our pick up locations.
