An absolutely exceptional guide – Nilufar made our Barcelona experience unforgettable! I genuinely wish everyone could experience Barcelona with a guide like Nilufar. She is an extraordinary person and an absolutely fantastic guide, and I honestly cannot praise her enough! From the very beginning, her incredible energy, positive attitude, warmth, and seemingly endless knowledge made the entire experience special. What impressed me most, however, was not just how much she knew, but how naturally and enthusiastically she shared that knowledge, making every story interesting, accessible, and engaging. What truly sets Nilufar apart is the extraordinary care she takes of her group. My mother and I felt genuinely looked after before, during, and even after the tour. And it was the little things that made such a huge difference. She remembered which hotels people were staying at and would casually suggest places nearby that we might want to revisit or explore on our own. She shared recommendations, offered honest advice about what was worth seeing, and made sure we didn't miss things we might otherwise have overlooked. At Sagrada Família, for example, she specifically reminded us not to leave without visiting the museum. It might sound like a small detail, but it perfectly illustrates how attentive and thoughtful she was throughout the day. She was constantly aware of everyone in her group. She knew who was where, adjusted the pace whenever someone needed it, and instinctively noticed when a person might need a little extra assistance, even with something as simple as getting off the bus. Nobody had to ask. Somehow, she always seemed to anticipate what people needed, sometimes before they had even thought of it themselves. And she did all of this while maintaining an incredible connection with the entire group. She made everyone feel comfortable, included, and genuinely welcome. I also think it's important to acknowledge just how demanding a guide's job can be. Nilufar spent an entire day sharing her knowledge, answering questions, looking after everyone, keeping us engaged, and making sure we were having a wonderful time. Yet from the very first moment until the very end, she remained the same wonderful whirlwind of positivity, enthusiasm, and energy. If she was tired, she certainly never showed it! There is a real art to making people feel safe, comfortable, entertained, and genuinely cared for while also teaching them so much about the places they're visiting. Nilufar has mastered that art. Thanks to her, our day in Barcelona was even more wonderful than I had imagined. I honestly believe I could explore just about anywhere with her as my guide and have an amazing time. In fact, I would happily take the exact same tour with her again, because I'm absolutely certain I wouldn't be bored for a single minute! My mother and I will definitely return to Barcelona, and I sincerely hope we'll have the opportunity to see Nilufar again. Montserrat is a very special place and our guide Thais was very passionate and informative about the place . We had a separate guide for the winery and tapas lunch and Anthony was equally informative about our wines we tasted . Lovely trip and back in the city by 5.15pm .
