Beautiful Snowy Climb

The Banff Shuttle included with our tour vouchers was very easy to take from the Banff Train Station. We arrived early and we ended up being the only ones on it in early October. The Gondola area was not crowded and everyone working there were very helpful. The day was a little snowy but that added to the beauty of the mountains. Even though our views were a little compromised, we enjoyed some hot chocolate at the top and the firepits were a welcome touch. All in all, a great experience!

Amazing Views/Fantastic Tour -Guide - Thanks Joshua

Our tour guide Joshua was amazing. He was funny, knowledgeable and made the whole experience great. The sites visited were beautiful. We would absolutely recommend the tour, especially with Joshua. Would love to see more tour options with ADA accommodations. Lake Louise is absolutely amazing and easily maneuverable for anyone with a scooter or wheelchair but the van was not.

Steve Rocks

What an amazing experience! 🥰 Our tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to the Canadian Rockies! 🏔️ The views were absolutely spectacular, almost unreal! Pictures simply don’t do them justice!!! A special shoutout to our wonderful driver and tour guide,*Red! He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring! He made the entire journey fun, comfortable, and memorable. What impressed me most was when another bus nearly sideswiped me in the parking lot. Red immediately stepped in and reminded the other driver to be more careful. Top tier tour

The recorded narrative was informative and easy to hear. The driver (Aki ??) answered my questions at the lake Louise and Morraine stops. We took the 8:00 AM tour and noted that the large crowds started to arrive at the two lakes about the time we were leaving. And, the cost for our early October tour was lees than half of the others we found on line. A great value, well organized, nice and clean about 12/15 person van and quick and close access to both lakes.

Best day ever

We had an amazing experience visiting this national park! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and every stop along the way offered something beautiful and unique to see. The scenery was even better than we expected, with incredible landscapes and plenty of opportunities to take pictures and enjoy nature. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They explained interesting facts about the park and made sure everyone had a great time. We felt comfortable, learned a lot, and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It was definitely a memorable adventure, and we would love to come back again!

Great tour of Rockies, well worth the money, and MARCO amazing!

First, I would like to commend Viator as a fabulous travel provider! we've had two trips with them and their communications, help, and support have been second to none! Well done to all staff. We booked the Canadian Banff/Canmore etc trip and it was the highlight of our holiday. Comfy coach, great views, and our tour guide MARCO was just the most brilliant tour guide ever. If you get a chance to go on one of his tours - do so - he's amazing! Warm, funny, great choice of music on the way, sensitive, helpful, can't praise him highly enough. ( and no - we're NOT his family!) He really made the tour come alive, and if it is at all possible, please seek him out and show him this message. He was great. Highly recommend!

Easy drive from Banff. Wonderful, spectacular views. Loved the Minnewanka moment of silence. Tho would have like a bit more. We were lucky enough to hear a loon! Saw an eagle bur no other wildlife. Stopped at Two Jack and Johnson lakes driving back to banff. Matt and Vik did a great job. Thanks to Vik for suggesting sunshine gondola! We loved it.
