Our tour guide, Liam, was awesome. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to take time ensuring all were comfortable and having a good time. Since it was our first time in the area, booking this tour was a bit intimidating. I would not have changed a single thing, this tour has everything you'd want in this trip. The time management is perfect & all the views on the list are absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend.

A Must Do and See!

These places are a must see while visiting Banff - absolutely gorgeous! Quaid was the best, very accommodating and knowledgeable as he is a local! He let us know about the scenery, history, restaurants and even which bathrooms were best. He is very personable and was a delight - and answered every question. I would highly recommend this tour and tour guide - a must while visiting this beautiful national park!

Great tour for those short on time

If you don't have a lot of time and want to do a quick trip to see the lakes, I highly recommend this tour. One hour at each lake, with a guide commenting on the road. The driver, Aki, made sure to keep us on time, making sure we completed the trip in the allotted 5 hours max. If you have more time to spend, each lake definitely needs more than one hour, but if you are pressed for time and want to see these wonders, this trip is for you.

Day trip to Lake Louise and Lake Moraine

We had a great day with Banff Day Tours. Our tour guide, Joshua, was excellent!! He provided us with so much history of the area. He made a point of learning everyone’s name and making sure everyone was included in the activities of the day no matter what your mobility status was. He was thoughtful and respectful of every passenger. Participants should dress for the weather and remember to bring water and morning snacks. Expect a delightful day in this beautiful area.

Best day ever

We had an amazing experience visiting this national park! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and every stop along the way offered something beautiful and unique to see. The scenery was even better than we expected, with incredible landscapes and plenty of opportunities to take pictures and enjoy nature. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They explained interesting facts about the park and made sure everyone had a great time. We felt comfortable, learned a lot, and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area. It was definitely a memorable adventure, and we would love to come back again!

We had the most incredible tour with Ron! He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The pace of the tour and the stops were PERFECT! As we went in between stops, Ron gave lots of history of Banff. He truly was a highlight of our trip! We can’t wait to come back! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone. GREAT bang for your buck.
