Unforgettable trip with guide Bob.

Travel guide Bob went above and beyond to make this an unforgettable experience. He explained lots of things during the ride, what to expect at every stop, making sure we were safe at little hikes, and was animated, telling some jokes, taking group and individual pictures. He was also very respectful about the sacred land and mountains we were traveling along.

Anchit was exceptional

Anchit was beyond fabulous. He shared his knowledge and experiences and was ready to lend a hand. My wife and I have mobility issues, but Anchit made sure that we made it in and out of the van safely and advised us about which paths would be easier for us to take. He was professional, respectful, and extremely friendly. We loved being surrounded by the natural beauty of the Banff area.

We had an amazing day exploring Banff with Mark as our tour guide. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the Rockies. From the moment we started, he kept the day organized, fun, and relaxed while sharing great stories and local insight about the places we visited. Lake Louise was absolutely stunning, and Mark made sure we had enough time to enjoy the turquoise water and take photos without feeling rushed. Marble Canyon was a highlight too—the canyon views and rushing water were incredible, and Mark helped us make the most of the stop. He also took us to Surprise Corner for that classic postcard view of the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel, then to Bow Falls, where we got some beautiful photos by the Bow River. Mark was patient, easy to talk to, and attentive to everyone in the group. He knew the best spots for pictures, kept the schedule running smoothly, and made the whole experience feel personal rather than just another sightseeing tour. If you’re visiting Banff, ask for Mark—he’ll show you the highlights and make sure you leave with great memories and even better photos. Highly recommended!

Half Day Lake Louise and Marble Canyon Tour - Five Stars :)

Excellent and well-paced half-day tour to Lake Louise and Marble Canyon (Moraine Lake closes from Oct 12–June 1st). Our guide, Frank, was awesome — very thorough and gave us lots of great information about Banff and surrounding areas — we learned a lot! Plenty of time to see Lake Louise. We did the short but steep hike up to the lookout — amazing views but honestly our guide, Frank, was right about the lower trail to the left being better and more scenic for the time you have to explore. The trail along the lake offers more lake and dramatic mountain views whereas the hike up keeps you in the forest and then when you arrive at the lookout there's a very small platform with everyone wanting to get their perfect photo. Worth it but only if you have more time. The drive to Marble Canyon was also very scenic and it was a very easy trail to explore the beauty and dramatic rock of the canyon. We really enjoyed it! We'd definitely recommend this and decided to take this tour based on: it includes the park pass and parking fees which can be expensive and it allows you to look around at the beautiful landscape and scenery rather than driving! And you get to ask a local guide all the questions you have. Definitely recommended and thank you again for a great tour, Frank!

Beautiful Snowy Climb

The Banff Shuttle included with our tour vouchers was very easy to take from the Banff Train Station. We arrived early and we ended up being the only ones on it in early October. The Gondola area was not crowded and everyone working there were very helpful. The day was a little snowy but that added to the beauty of the mountains. Even though our views were a little compromised, we enjoyed some hot chocolate at the top and the firepits were a welcome touch. All in all, a great experience!

Best day ever

We had an amazing experience visiting this national park! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and every stop along the way offered something beautiful and unique to see. The scenery was even better than we expected, with incredible landscapes and plenty of opportunities to take pictures and enjoy nature. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire experience. They explained interesting facts about the park and made sure everyone had a great time. We felt comfortable, learned a lot, and truly enjoyed every moment of the trip. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area.
