What are people saying about Sorrento

We had a wonderful time!...
We had a wonderful time! The class was held on the family's beautiful working farm, which has been run by the family for four generations. Almost all of the ingredients were fresh from their farm, including delicious homemade wine and limoncello. We had so much fun making the food and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend adding this to your Sorrento itinerary!

Our family (2 adults and 2 kids) have a great time on this farm tour, learning more about how olives and lemons are grown. And of course, getting to sample the different olive oils, jams, spreads, and liqueurs was wonderful. We'd highly recommend this tour.

Great way to experience the beauty of Sorrento
Our meeting place was at a lovely restaurant/hotel in town (also with it's own great view overlooking the coastline) and our driver took us in a comfortable A/C provided van up the mountainside of Sorrento to a charming restaurant. There we met our chef Antonio who greeted us with champagne! Then he talked us through what to expect and then we began to prepare the food. First we made tiramisu so it could rest and be eaten chilled at the end of the meal. Then Antonio showed us how to make basic pasta dough, first by hand then thru the pastamill machine , so we could make our ravioli and tagliatelle pasta! While we enjoyed the scenic view he prepared the ricotta spinach filled ravioli we'd made, in a delicious butter-sage sauce, and the tagliatelle pasta was in a light tomato sauce. This was all accompanied by wine! Then we finally enjoyed our own made tiramisu! What pleasure!! Our driver then returned us back to Sorrento to enjoy the rest of day in this beautiful city! This was a very enjoyable experience, especially as we booked it so last minute in the height of August tourism! Definitely worth it!!!

Marianna and Tony make...
Marianna and Tony make you feel very welcomed! This is a family-owned business, and most food items are fresh and from their gardens. You'll tour the gardens before you begin with an aperol spritz in your hand. The class takes place outside under a canopy. My daughters and I had a wonderful time! We highly recommend especially if you are looking to learn a few cooking tips and enjoy delicious food. Buon Appetito!
